We’ve been using Nmbrs and absolutely…

We’ve been using Nmbrs and absolutely love it. The platform is very good, but the best thing is their customer service.

We’ve been working closely with Joy-li Geduld from their support team, and she’s been absolutely amazing. The level of care, responsiveness, and expertise is something you rarely find nowadays in SaaS.

We’re genuinely very happy and would definitely recommend them.

Its a great system

Its a great system. For HR and Payroll in my opinion one of the best. I do have a tip though... mayby also try connect with financial systems as AFAS. As i see now thats mayby the biggest competitor.

Ofc its an opinion and i can be wrong. So dont be offended.

Great userfriendly program with many benefits!

Great userfriendly program with many benefits, such as the interactive payslip which I find ideal! Also the helpdesk is in my opinion very swift and professional. One improvement could be regarding the number of reporting possibilities.

Unable to report suspicious activity

This morning I found a password reset request in my email, which is suspicious activity since I did not request this myself. The email said to contact support in case I did not recognize the activity, but did not give any contact information. Looking on the support page of Nmbrs' website, it is impossible to find a dedicated page for this, and all other pages I've tried basically forward you to some FAQ. This is abysmal support, it should not take me more than 3 minutes to report suspicious activity.
