Experienced Nike's biggest member scam…

Experienced Nike's biggest member scam at O2 Factory outlet. Their recent 40% promotions in factory stores clearly says in the promo terms that the products already discounted by the store and backwall remains eligible for the discount but the manager refused both even I show them the promo terms and charged me 40% off their original outlet price. When raised to customer service the issue he said he has no access to a promotion that is published by Nike. I don't know what is the point he is sitting there at the customer service.

The quality has become simply terrible

The quality has become simply terrible, unwearable. The threads are sticking out, the glue is sticking out, two months and then you have to throw it away. And then the bra keeps coming back and I have to return it. And yes, the price has gone up a bit for this quality.

Sold me products that are out of stock

Sold me products that are out of stock. No communication until I had to actively chase as my order hasn’t turned up within the time frame provided. Said there’s nothing they can do, they won’t cancel the order, say I have to wait to see if they will come back into stock. Terrible service and never ordering from them directly again.

2 times I have ordered from Nike and 2…

2 times I have ordered from Nike and 2 times I was disappointed and didn’t receive my package. The first time, they put an address on my box that I did not provide to them. I double checked and shipping address was correctly input on my end and showing MY address. I didn’t get the shoes because they were sold out after that and don’t make them anymore. Second time, I ordered my daughter’s track spikes and paid $30 to have them here by today. They are still sitting under “label created”. Shipping was refunded, but shoes have 0 movement. I will never order from Nike again after this. No offer to even re-ship the same shoes. Nothing. Just refunded shipping charges with no other help. Nike is trash now. Buy their products elsewhere and not from them. Their customer service is AI.

Order no #C01582837673

Order no #C01582837673
My order was completely wrong!!!! Two items are completely missing,
1. NikeCourt, Men's Max90 Tennis T-Shirt (MISSING)
2. Nike Everyday Elevated, Crew Socks (3 Pairs) (MISSING)
Instead of the T-shirt I ordered, I received an 'authorised personnel only T-shirt'!!!
I called immediately to enquire about my order and I was told that I have to wait 8 days at least, so they can investigate what happened!!! (Case no. 136912246).
I am appaled and completely in disbelief of the customer service and care from NIKE.
First they havent sent me the items I ordered, which they cost at least £50+ and I have to wait 10 days to find out what will happen?????
I thought I am ordering from a 5 star company and not from TEMU!!!!!!!
Extremely dissapointed and will be filing a major complaint!!!
Its totally unacceptable!!!!

worst customer service…

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with through Nike.

I purchased my kids’ shoes during Nike’s Cyber Monday sale for Christmas. They received them on Christmas Day, wore them for only 4 months, and the shoes completely fell apart. Since Nike advertises a 2-year manufacturer warranty, I contacted customer service about sending them in.

Before sending them back, I specifically asked a representative if I would be able to repurchase the exact same shoes for the Cyber Monday price I originally paid since the damage was due to a manufacturing issue. He assured me I would.

We sent the shoes in, they approved the claim, and I received a refund. Then, while trying to reorder the shoes, TWO different representatives told me they received approval for me to purchase the shoes at full price and that Nike would reimburse me the difference afterward.

So I trusted what I was told and placed the order at full price.

After the order was placed, Nike then told me they could not reimburse the difference after all.

At that point, I immediately requested a refund because I was absolutely livid. I was told the same thing by THREE different representatives, only for Nike to completely backtrack after the purchase was made.

The issue is not even just the money at this point. It’s the lack of communication, false promises, and wasting a customer’s time. I do NOT recommend Nike customer service based on this experience, and unfortunately, I will not be a returning customer.

Scam

I bought a running shoes on 02/05 because the delivery was on Sunday. They do not deliver at that date.
I had to move the delivery date as I can’t receive deliveries during week, so, one week waiting, they changed the delivery date again.
I contacted Nike many times to ask them to contact the hauler to send the item back, what’s a normal procedure.
They did not care.
My delivery was cancelled, I’m going away, they have my money and don’t want to refund me.
It’s ridiculous how Nike abd DHL are terrible. Customer service useless, care with customer not at all.
Avoid Nike UK is a joke.

Very disappointing experience with Nike…

Very disappointing experience with Nike customer service.

I placed an order through Nike’s official website and later found out there was a problem with my order only because I contacted support myself. Nike never proactively informed me about the issue, the delay, or the fact that the item could not be located in the original distribution center.

Even after contacting support, I still was not given a clear resolution or timeframe. No alternative products, replacement options, compensation, or proper assistance were offered.

What made the experience even worse was that the support agent ended the chat without properly addressing my concerns or continuing the conversation.

For a global company like Nike, I expected much better communication, transparency, and customer care. This felt extremely unprofessional and irresponsible.

Very poor customer support experience overall.

Waited months for a birthday promo code…

Waited months for a birthday promo code but nothing came. Clearly not spending enough to qualify. They love to advertise it and splash it all over their website but clearly they don't care about the working man/ the younger generation who need the code to make things a bit more affordable.
Customer service couldn't even speak english properly.

Air Force 1 '07

Bought a pair of Air Force 1 '07's. Owned a pair in 2008 along with a pair of SB Dunk High's (that I still own and wear to this day) which were the roomiest and comfiest shoes I've owned in my life. I was excited to get another pair of AF1's reminiscing on the experience I had with my Nike's of old. What a terrible let down, product quality and comfort has fallen off the face of the earth. The new AF1's are significantly narrower and stiffer, the toe box compresses my forefoot and pinches my toes, and the leather creases rigidly instead of softening. After breaking them in for a month they're still uncomfortable and disappointing. I look forward to the day when Nike truly takes consumer feedback seriously again and creates shoes with the comfort, craftsmanship, and authenticity that Sandy Bodecker would be proud of, built not just to sell, but for customers to genuinely enjoy wearing every day.
