They will take your money but they won’t ship!

I ordered a pair of shoes that arrived quickly. Upon trying them on it was clear that I needed to size up. Not a big deal. I promptly filled out the paperwork, printed the label and dropped them off at UPS. UPS then delivered my return within two days. My return then sat at Nike for a few days. Then I finally received a shipping notice. Unfortunately they didn’t ship that day, (Thursday). On the following Tuesday, my order is still sitting at Nike! Really there is no excuse for this to take this long. They were in stock, you took my money the same day? Maybe this is why nobody is buying Nike any longer. It’s not the gear, it’s the horseshit slow ass service! You need to be better!

Very unhappy and bothered by this experience

Hello i want to start by saying ive always gotten things from Nike and even on launches without any problem. So yesterday i got the raffle for the Jordan bloodline 12’s, I got the email, I got the email confirming i got the shoes only to wake up the today the next morning to an email saying it was cancelled. So i called to see maybe it was something on my end andi wanted to see what happen so it doesnt happen again if it was my fault. When i speak to the representative he tells me it could be a billing issue to where i responded everything on my account is the same as the last launch I received, then he says its maybe its a delivery address issue to where i said again everything is the same as last time. Again he couldn’t find an answer to why my shoes got canceled so then he says its a system error and i told him its funny my shoes got cancelled at the same time they got magically sold out. Im sure way may have happened is that someone is cancelling orders and reselling them because when i mentioned that the representative just laughed and said that he can’t really say if that happens or not i think its crazy and unacceptable that they cant even give me a good reason on why their supposed system cancelled my shoes.

I am beyond disappointed with my…

I am beyond disappointed with my experience with nike.com customer service and product quality.
I purchased a $100 pair of leggings that started pilling shortly after purchase. After contacting customer service, they agreed to replace them. The replacement pair arrived with obvious holes in the right leg. I contacted customer service again and was told to send them back for another replacement.
After shipping them back, Nike literally sent the SAME damaged pair back to me with a note claiming their inspection “found nothing wrong.” The holes are extremely obvious. When I asked if I could simply send photos as proof, I was told they don’t accept pictures. Now they expect me to ship the leggings back AGAIN and just hope someone actually inspects them this time.
For a company worth billions, this level of quality control and customer service is embarrassing. Customers should not have to fight this hard over defective clothing — especially after spending $100 on leggings.
This entire experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and honestly ridiculous. I used to trust Nike quality, but after this experience, I will not be purchasing from them again.

Total abysma experience order was meant…

Total abysma experience order was meant to be delivered on the 2nd of may never showed up Nike that I was flying out ok the 5th to turkey so I arrived back and long behold nor order has been delivered contacted customer service and they are saying they can’t refund me or send a replacement even tho delivery wasn’t completed absolutely shocking treatment

Nike drops

We have tried to buy items as they were "dropped" several times, the drop states 10am, I log in, mark item as a favorite, have my payment and shipping already on my account from previois purchases and even when I process payment 20 seconds after the drop. I get a pending message followed by a message stating we didnt get the item. How is this possible? Nike is absolutely terrible.

Absolute garbage company

Absolute garbage company, more worried about image and limited availability than actually pleasing their customers and keeping them happy. I recommend literally every other shoe/apparel brand before nike.

Ordered 7 shoes from Nike Italy…

Ordered 7 shoes from Nike Italy official website worth 685€.
Only 5 arrived, and most were wrong size, wrong color, defective, and incorrect models.

Returned all 5 items exactly as instructed.
Nike refunded only 1 item and kept the remaining 685€ issue unresolved.

Warehouse clearly received the return package, but customer was left without products and without money.

Very disappointing experience from Nike Italy.

Never Buying Nike Again – Worst Shoe Quality I’ve Ever Seen

Bought a pair of Nike sneakers and it turned out to be one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. After only a handful of uses, the sole started coming apart and the little rubber studs/bumps started falling off. Absolutely terrible quality for a brand charging premium prices.

What’s even worse is the customer service. Even after sending proof of purchase, they keep asking again and again for “proof of purchase from the store,” as if what I already provided isn’t enough. Feels like they’ll do anything to avoid honoring the warranty.

Honestly, a complete disgrace. I never expected this level of poor quality and support from Nike.

Nike never again.

Men’s Nike sneakers were bought at DSW…

Men’s Nike sneakers were bought at DSW and after 4 weeks of wear, the sneakers started squeaking to the point where they are aggravating to hear and embarrassing to wear. This is the second Nike pair bought and WILL NEVER buy another pair again. Going to stick to Addidas from now on. You think you would get a quality shoe for $80.00. I guess I was wrong. Bye Nike!!
