Moved into one of the Apts in the old Beechams Factory in June. From start to finish the process has been swift and smooth. Communication has been great, emails are answered in a timely manner and reasonable requests were met.

The Apt itself is great, very spacious and has been competed to a good standard.

Cal has been very helpful, often see him around the development and any queries have been dealt with in person.

Highly recommend renting a property with these guys if ones comes available.

Moving process had few issues and the few issues were dealt with very quickly. Very quick response and updates on what's going on

I received an email from this company advising if my review wasn’t taking down they would take matters further, this company will try and sue due to your personal experience and opinion.

Been renting with Nicholson group for 2 years now at Nicholson Astoria St Helens

Couldn’t fault them at all always quick to attend any problems if needed. Callum and Paul are always quick to answer any messages or phone calls if you need there assistance

Property’s are completed to a high standard if any one is looking to rent I would highly recommend with any doubts

This is not a fake review. This is what I've witnessed from a customers house.
Unfortunately due to other reviews I will not give my number due to safety concerns as company like to ' threaten' people. The company says ' the number doesn't connect" so it's very blatant they wanted to phone me to discuss the review. Maybe they need to go on there reports and see the tenants house that has damp and mold and fix the issues
Anyone can see any negative reviews how the company response ( they taken on my review and now responding ABIT more professional ) and I'm sure they can make there own minds up regarding the reviews.

Disgusting service letting customers live in damp and mold. When raised with the issues they ignore tenants. A ceiling has been leaking for 8 months and issue hasn't been resolved. They are full aware of this situation but are not ' prioritising' to say say this is incorrect... There is evidence of emails and the damp/ mold. They totally go again against there ' standards and policy's ' that they strive to say they are on there website. Id be very careful before signing any tenancies with this company. It seems they are dodgy as no Google reviews are present.

This company are not to be trusted in any way shape or form. The apartments and the brochure are totally different and the reality is the apartments and building are falling to bits, dirty and disgusting. My daughter was refused viewing them before commiting to rent with the excuse of covid, builders in etc. When we wanted to cancel the contract under ‘Property Mis-description’ Paul got abusive (using the ‘F’ word) and hung up on my husband twice! Only when he knew we had a very reputable Estate Agent ourselves and knew the LAW, did he refund her. I could go on….

How I would describe my experience at Nicholson plaza. My appartment was in a respectable manner. Every query I have had has been met with positive and sted fast attitude. I would like to thank Callum personally for this experience.

After trying multiple Letting Agents and 3 weeks of house searching, to no available to my needs, within 48 hours Nicholson Lettings found my Ideal home and paper work was completed quickly and stress free.

I recently rented an apartment with Nicholson Lettings in Liverpool, and I must admit that my initial skepticism regarding their online-only viewing process was quickly dispelled. Upon receiving the keys, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment was as luxurious and immaculate as advertised in their online video. They certainly lived up to their promises. My husband is thrilled with our new place, and the assigned property manager has been exceptionally helpful and responsive, ensuring that any concerns are promptly addressed. Will recommend them over and over again 😁

They are attentive and professional in how they handle their clients. They ensured that all our requests were answered and quickly fixed. We had some issues with the lights, door handle and boiler which were promptly fixed.

The property I lived in was falsely advertised online. The building was clearly neglected by the landlord and the agency. No refuse bins were available and current tenants left household waste and black bin bags outside of the property entrance resulting in a health and safety hazard. The few interactions with the agency were always met with hostility and poor customer service. Would not recommend renting any property from this agency, especially in the Liverpool area. It’s clear they place most attention, effort and marketing on the St Helens property and neglect what they view as their lower income residences.

Lived in a HMO in Liverpool for 2 years! I love it's, my bills are included, free gym, huge washers and dryers and it's got modern lighting. I feel so looked after

I am currently at my second Nicholson Lettings home. I previously lived in one of their Liverpool properties back in 2017 until 2020 then I moved into their beautiful Nicholson Lofts development in St Helens and I am still here until this day. Super handy having WI-FI available in my rent. Friendly staff and great location to shops.

Great apartment to high standard and move in was easy. Property manager facilitated a smooth moving in period and questions were answered in a timely manner.
