Nha membership
I purchased the membership thinking that it would go towards my certification renewal fee. Once I found out that it did not, I emailed customer service thinking that a live agent would not be available. I had asked them for a refund. After I sent this email, I tried calling to see if I see if I could get a live person. I did. I explained my situation and a woman explained to me that I would not be able to get the full $90 back. It would only be about half of that. I didn't want to lose the money so I told the representative that I would like to keep the membership. No refund was given. Case closed or so I thought. I just wanted to let you know how unprofessional this experience has been. I spoke to a representative on the phone about keeping my membership on 5/2. Then I receive an email from customer service about receiving a refund on 5/5. I responded to that email stating that I had already spoken to someone over the phone and decided to keep my membership. I did not receive a response. Today, I see a refund on my bank account so I call customer service again and they tell me that there is nothing they can do about it because they don't know when I spoke to some one or when the refund was processed. The case was closed and that's it. My call with customer service should have been noted on my account. Why they were so clueless about that conversation, was annoying. The fact that they also showed a lack of care was rude. Clearly, I had called and decided to keep my membership before the refund was processed because I talked to someone the very same day. I did not get to talk to a manager. I was left on hold for at least 20 minutes only to get the response, "refunds are final." I understand that. I did not want the refund and I definitely did not want to give away money that I already do not have. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am very dissatisfied with the service received.
