I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the poor and unprofessional service provided regarding my shipment. It has been more than two months since the booking, yet my shipment has still not been delivered. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have neither received a clear update nor a confirmed delivery timeline.
I am still waiting for some important material in the shipment required for RO installation at my Gurgaon residence, due to which the installation work is also pending.
Additionally, the LR/Waybill number is not mentioned on my invoice copy. Kindly trace the shipment using Invoice No. 4581438 dated 19/03/2026 along with my registered mobile number and pickup details.
I strongly request you to review the complaints and customer feedback regarding your services on public platforms and social media. If my shipment is not delivered within the next 7 days, I will be compelled to escalate the matter legally through the Consumer Court and other public grievance platforms.
Please treat this matter as urgent and provide an immediate resolution.
