The price was good for a Polar drinks cabinet & it was duly delivered in the time frame expected, by a 2-man team. Communication in person however, seems impossible with customer service & even the sales team - no one available by phone & the system cuts your call off after a short while of waiting.
I paid £150 to have my old Polar cabinet collected at the same time & recycled responsibly, however, the delivery duo said they couldn't take it as the company uses someone else for this service.
I have sent numerous emails & called the company more than a dozen times in the last 4 days (not including the weekend) but my old cabinet remains on the drive & no one is available to talk to. I did eventually get an email response though, suggesting it was a priority to sort out - still waiting.
More people need to be made available to deal with service issues; all calls should be held & customers told where they are in a call chain; phone calls should then be answered by a person who is qualified to help. I would rather have paid a little more for my item and got good service.

One of the worst customer service and one of the greediest company you can ever deal with when the order was placed the mobile number had extra 7 and they did not email me to check everything they did not do nothing they sent me a straight link for extra150pound so we can redliver the item and the worst part is tge shop is been open all day they can go and deliver it even if the number was wrong it said on the website 3/5 working days and its 15th day one of the worst company you can deal with

The product I bought broke on 3rd time of use.
Could not talk to a human. Chatbot claimed they could not find my order.
Email to customer care was not replied to.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! They promise delivery within days then delay by weeks. Customer Service calls and emails are completely ignored. 3 months on we are still waiting for our £2k refund. Genuinely some of the most appalling customer service I have ever experienced.

Shocking company. We ordered an ice machine, thinking it would come the next day as the companies called 'Next day catering'. The day after we were notified it would be a 15 days behind schedule. We asked for a refund and were told that the refund was 'passed over' -this was 1st July. I followed up 4 separate times in the past month to ask where it was unto and when the money would be refunded. However, I never got a reply. I've enquired on the website and not heard anything. Calling their contact number is more than useless the line hangs up! Don't use this company.

Never again. Ordered packaging supplies, they sent all the wrong sizes, we returned. The baked potato oven we ordered - the site said it was in stock, it wasn't and had to be built by the manufacturers. We cancelled the entire order and TWO MONTHS later we're still waiting for a refund. Nobody answers the phone, nobody answers emails. Online help centre is a BOT, you never access a human being. Legal action now.

Do not order from this company!!
You cannot contact them, you will not hear from them and god forbid you end up in my situation where you don’t get a refund and have to resort to a solicitor and ombudsman. Stay away from this company and use a reputable company instead.

Everything was smooth and easy to navigate

I made order in 22nd July was shown on invoice 3-5 days delivery after many attempt on live chat was now told order can’t be delivered until 5th August if the company was being upfront on my order clearly stating my order wouldn’t be delivered until 5th August I wouldn’t have paid £2k plus.
Now I have ask for a full refund we wait and see what will happend next

I ordered a freezer on 16th July and 27 July I don't know where the product is when will be delivered.
