I find all next clothes


I find all next clothes , bedding and anything i have bought from next are very good quality . And if in stock it will be with you the next day off purchase . Big 👍🏻

No idea where part of order is

Ordered 2 items on 19th Sept. Paid for next day delivery. Did not receive next day delivery. 1 of the items is yet to show up. "Tracking unavailable" doubt it is even with a courier.

Excellent service Kingswood Hull Store

I went to my local Next store Kingswood Hull to collect a parcel ..however although I was notified it had arrived it could not be located..The member of staff dealing with my query was Angie who went out of her way to locate my order..After ringing the service center and taking my details she then had the task of searching 2000
Parcels ..Angie rang me at home to keep me updated on progress of my missing order and finally resolved the issue with the service center on my behalf ..The store was very busy as it was Saturday lunchtime but Angie took the time to deal with my problem..Excellent customer service..thankyou Angie

You are still using evri as a courier…

You are still using evri as a courier who are consistently NOT delivering.
Parcel was due on 21st, it is still not here
Please use a different courier.

Excellent value and price

Excellent value and price. Delivered on time. Only moan they were left on the floor over the gate, no knock on the door which is two steps away from the gate. Courier problem.
