The sizing of next items has, in my opinion changed and it's bad! Everything in my wardrobe is a size 16 and fits perfectly or loosly. Try to get anything to fit from next now I have to go up to a size 20 and I've lost nearly 2 stone in weight so clothes should now be shrinking. Really not impressed at all.

Really happy with my online order and delivery was quick and although I was out when the driver arrived he checked where to leave the parcel

Next is always hit and miss with deliveries. Customer Service is always very helpful when you ring them up.

I had made a mistake with my online order & instead of ordering 1 set of 3 T-shirts I ordered 4 sets , so 12 T-shirts arrived. Shannon was brilliant, she said try on what you want to & when I was happy with the size she returned all the other unwanted sets. Thank you Shannon - excellent service!

Really lovely trousers but your petite length seems to be getting longer that I have to put £12 onto the price to have then taking up which is very disappointing my friend that takes a regular length can now take a petite.

I am pleased with all the items I purchased.

I have received all 3 items and they are exactly what I was looking for, Great quality and delivered in perfect condition. Only one small problem was with the Lamp not having the information identifying the sizes of the 2 Bulbs. We're still trying to source them and it's not easy! Apart from that the colours of the Curtains, Rug & Lamp are what I was hoping for.

Gift Card Swindle - beware!
My child received a generous value of Next vouchers for her Birthday. I have a NextPay account (on hold) and added the vouchers so she could choose from the greater selection online and make her Birthday purchases. Purchases were made and first bag of items received. Two pairs of joggers were on the short side - we returned them to store with the request to return to the original payment method (gift card) so my child could reorder them in a larger size (they didn't have them in store).
The return has been processed, however rather than returning to the original gift card payment method, the refund value has been applied to the Next Pay account and is no longer available for my child to spend.
Customer services via Chat have been hugely dismissive and have taken an ‘it’s too late now’ attitude, have copy and pasted standard text and signposted to t’s&c’s (I hold my hands up, I certainly don’t read these for every single purchase I make especially from a trusted retailer like Next - I likely will now)!
Had I known my child would lose £22 of her birthday gift card money just because she purchased items online we would of course have gone to a store. I now have a sad and disappointed 11yo who doesn’t understand credit, retail t’s & c’s and why that means she won’t get her ‘money’ back.
Moral of the story - dont spend your Next gift vouchers online if your account is not in credit!
