New World digital media are a excellent website company to deal with, I have been with them near on 15 years and they have just redesigned my site which was constructed by Designer Sean Holt.
Sarah the manager is always great support if there are any issues or queries, Cannot recommend them enough

Horrible company they will keep promising to do something for you the won't do any marketing or anything to promote your company. They will take you a lot money just to design a website. Don’t waste your money they will try to trick you with various excesses.Avoid them at any cost.

do not trust this company, ordered a website in march, assured the poor reviews are not all as they seem. its now almost September and not a word from them, WhatsApp's offline, no response from email or contact form! avoid at all costs! now attempting to get a refund but we do not hold out hope.

I have used this company for about 5 years or more they try everything to get u were they can I must say they are good at times and others they are poor but as for doing wat they say they do thanks mally

The worse company I ever saw.Don’t waste your money with them.They always asking for more money , never on ,never responded when you ask them to do anything for you.I spent over 800£ and my Websaite is the worst webside I ever seen.Nothing what we agreed for.Just avoid this Rubish company and don’t bother wasting money with them.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Lies after lies.
Charged £99 then tries charging me a further £18. Then they wanted £700 off making the website viewable on Google. It's been 4months and still the website is not up and running. Sent all my pictures and last contact they waa still asking for my pictures. Shambles. I want the SSL but I wonder what crap I'm going to get in wanting that!

This the worst website company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Sub standard website, emails linked to site constantly going wrong. We followed their terms and conditions which state we have to notify them of 2 months to cancel to move to another provider. Within 48 hours of this, they completely shut down our site and closed our business email account. Disgusting behaviour, cannot wait to be rid of this cowboy run company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The worst money I have ever spent, 2k in and a website looking like a child has put it together, then when I asked them to rectify if they try and get another £600 out of me, really bad service and even worse after sales, soon as they have your money ain’t no call back off them, avoid by all means

Paid £750 for a website to be built in January, still waiting, can't get through on the phone

I had a website built by this company that started with a £149 fee then they kept calling me for extra payment for extra work that they didn’t do
Then asked me for a security on my website I didn’t want it then they blocked my website
Now I want to go elsewhere they will not give me my hosting and domain they want £200+vat to release them
