I've paid nearly 20k in just over a year, and get a call every month saying that I need to pay for something else. No contract signed, no payment plan, not even an email explaining anything. You get calls like, you need to pay 4oo but if you pay 550 that will be it for the year. You pay it because you need it to stop so you can get on with running your business, then the next week they phone again asking for more money. It is putting a strain on my company, but you feel stuck because you've put a lot of money into it. They say it's always Google wanting the money, but you can run a better site through Google business without spending any money. To be honest, it the worst thing thats ever happened to my business, if it wasn't for new world digital media, my business would be running smoothly. I would love to be able to get my money back.

Fab site did all the work for me and they keep it updated they did offer other products but I declined and they were fine with that.

bad people, after a terrible time and loss of over £1000 ,my buisness name has been linked to adult sex workers ,these guys are a nightmare stay away

Called in saying we will do for you website for 120£, she forgot to mention that SEO will cost you extra 1200£ and like saying this is just a beginning haw they will scam you wit the lots of cheap tricks, bay the way website design for 120£ look like school begginer just did his first project 🤣🤣🤣

I really love my new website. It was so easy to set up as they did it all for me and they delivered on everything they promised and even had it up live before the due date. Would definitely recommend

This company is not trustworthy they call you for payments and empty promises. Had the most expensive membership and they di nothing all they done just keep calling for payments and done nothing to the website. They promised that my dedicated designer will call me to discuss changes to the website. This never happened and next time they called for payment again I said the designer never called and they tried to convince me that he did call but I didn't answer which is not true. At one point we said we do not authorise the payment and they still deducted it without permission and then we had no other choice but to block the payments going out from our account. They called numerous times again to take payment even tough we sent them an email explaining our disappointment and the lack of work from their side. They failed to respond to that email for several month and once they replied they completely ignored what we wrote and demanded payment. To this day I have to chase them for my domain details as I have no choice but to use another provider. I am thinking of taking them to court as what they done is unacceptable. Do not chose them for your website...

Was cold called from this business. Try to get off the phone multiple times was repeatedly interrupted by the sales rep. That was incredibly pushy explained. I didn't need the service. He insisted I did explained I'd have a look at it when I had more free time and come back to him again. Insisted pushing more sales rep called Chris. Had to hang up in the end. Only way to get off the phone.

Just DON'T. They reel you in with excellent offers and then lie their socks off, offering you the world. Myself and my business partner were conned by them, as they were playing us off against each other, openly saying that the other had said things they absolutely hadn't. We got trading standards involved and they were told to not contact us again (and had blocked their numbers) under any circumstances and they used a number registered under a Bed & Breakfast to call us from! Trading standards used their weight to ensure we got our money back, but it was all a really stressful experience. They just cold called me again today!! AVOID like the plague

I had a cold call company, New world digital media said they could build me a website for £99 plus VAT as it a promotion and the only catch was I had to have their company name at the bottom of my webpage a few days later they then wanted £599 plus VAT to put me on top of google I said NO and parted ways with them within 12 days and the 14 days of consumer act means nothing to new world digital media they refused a refund they are a scam company avoid them like the plague

Terrible company terrible customer service they had a promotion of website of £99 plus vat tried getting a extra £700 out of me

I like many others got roped in to new world digital media.
Started off with a very low price to build my site.
By the time they had finished it was more than 5 times more expensive.
The sales team are experienced as misleading people and then hitting you with even more demands once you are with them!!
Please dont get sucked in.

I was was contacted by a lovely gentleman. Explained everything to me , the extras others are mentioning are optional. Im on my 5th year now and only pay my domain and hosting each year and they are helpful enough to phone me each year and ask me if I choose to stay. Of course I do they are helpful as i am usless at computers and my website had generated me a lot of money over the years. Im only writing this as I saw the negative reviews and thats just not the company I know. Ive even popped in for a cup of tea and to discuss ideas I had for a redesign for year 4.

Like most of the customer reviews I had a bad experience with them misleading me paid my £90 fee then a week later they put the hard sell on wanted £499 to cover google I cancelled but they refused to give me my money back what a bunch of chancers

Contacted me to offer a design and hosting for £99 per year but then kept adding on extras which were hard to say no to, when asked is this the last thing to pay for and they said yes, a couple of months later they called me to take more money off of me for something else. They are very good at sales and upselling - be cautious!

Had no problems, my site was built quickly and I'm pleased with the results
