Awesome range of clothes and caps
If you are into American sports to choice New Era have is awesome and everything is top quality and look and fit great. Easy to place an order which was quickly dispatched and arrived within a couple of days. Only problem one of the T-shirts wasn't in the box, so I contacted Customer Services who told me I had to send photos of the items I had received, all the labels on the box . They even wanted a photo of the sealing type. I sent the photos and was told the investigation would take 7 days. Fortunately it didn't it only took 2. I received a refund and a discount of my next order. I will continue to shop with New Era but I don't think I'll order more than 1 item at a time.

The hat is very comfortable
The hat is very comfortable. The quality is 10/10. The delivery was very quick it was delivered quicker than the days specified.

Never got my cap
Never got my cap. Took three attempts with drop off location (charlton down post office), three attempts with DPD, and a complaint (with chasing email) to finally just get a refund, over two weeks after ordering it. Not great
