We ordered three pieces of oak furniture which was quite a bit cheaper than our local store hoping that we were doing the right thing by ordering online. We needn't have worried. Although we didn't need to communicate a lot with Newby House as our order was delivered when expected and the furniture was in perfect condition, any emails were responded to promptly. We would use this company again with hesitation.

Really great experience with this company - for some reason I was a bit nervous ordering online, but everything worked out absolutely brilliantly and the furniture is top quality - we couldn’t be more happy with the service -really responsive as well from a customer service perspective.

We ordered two pieces from this company: the Baumhaus Urban Chic Reclaimed Wood 4 Door 4 Drawers Large Coffee Table and the Open Widescreen Television Cabinet.
The online shopping process was really smooth and straightforward. We received regular updates about our order, and the shipping time was actually faster than I expected.
Delivery was excellent too. The team not only brought the furniture to our home on time but also carried it carefully all the way into the room we wanted, exactly as requested. They were very polite and had such a nice attitude.

Our original corner cabinet was destroyed by fire and the replacement we obtained from Newby House Interiors met all of our expectations and we are extremely pleased with the unit.

We Ordered the media wall fire on the 24 September 2024 and it was delivered on the 27 September 2024. We were contacted the same day as placing our order to confirm the item was in stock. We are thrilled to bits with the Aurora Media Wall Insert electric fire, the featured flame affect settings are stunning and are so easily operated by the handy remote control. The option of either log or crystal affect is so nice, we chose the logs only because it was coming up to the colder months but they're so easy to swap out as required. We tend to use the fire for the beautiful glow and we have set the timer, so it comes on with our central heating. The fan heater is extremely efficient and cost affective. Thank you Newby House, we would definitely recommend you. 😊

My first time ordering as I saw the chairs I wanted at a very competitive price. I must say from start to finish the company have been excellent. A query at the start was answered promptly and friendly by Richard the Sales Manager. The chairs arrived as promised within 10 days, in perfect condition, and I was given a time and date for their arrival. I would definitely recommend Newby House Interiors.

I ordered some dining chairs and the whole process from ordering online to taking receipt of the chairs was brilliant.
