Great service and prompt deliveru

The earrings were lovely and came promptly. After the purchase I was offered vouchers from gambling websites. This is utterly inappropriate since gambling issues are life destroying and people don't expect to have to deal with this on a jewellery website. I also didn't receive a voucher I purchased a family member at Christmas.

Price and availability of large selection plush delivery time

Lovely earrings. Clip ons. Would love greater choice of clip ons . Or generic ear clip with choice of add on earring part that cud be clipped on or off. Otherwise lovely product.

Site was so easy to use and as I'm an older person that made a really comfortable experience. The follow up emails regarding delivery were great and An Post were pretty good too with their emails about delivery and tracking. All in all a great experience which I'll use again except of course if I use one of your shops,.

Earring is lovely but it very hard to get the butterfly back on. It would be better with a bullet back.

Hi I purchased from Newbridge recently. I ordered click and collect. In doing so I accidentally chose a shop up the country instead of Cork. Totally my mistake. I rang the shop and without a moments hesitation the lady I spoke to took my address and posted the item to me. Now that'd excellent customer service.
