Quick and dress is stunning

Quick delivery and got 10% off however the skirt was too big. Couldn’t do an exchange because it wasn’t the same price as online. Had to wait nearly 2 weeks for my credit note to re-order it. Had to pay full price as it said my new customer code had been used! Even had to pay another postage cost so the skirt ended up costing me much more than it should have! Not great first experience!

I was at your store in nyc the staff was amazing . I love that they wear the clothes ,so you can see how stuff looks like on .Makes you want to buy what they are wearing . The staff at store were super helpful and accommodating. I love how all the pieces are so bright and the sizing is excellent . Will continue to shop there from now on .Your size inclusivity is beyond compare , fluffy girls have money to spend and we want to look nice and trendy .

My experience is always great I live in jersey still always quick delivery and easy returns if size is wrong .iv been shopping with NFD for a long time now I love there cool sexy vibe colours styles always ahead of the game! With shapes prints etc a really great all round company always exciting can’t wait to go out Saturday evening to wear my latest buys 👌👍😜💜

Awful fit, quality and a price that does not match. Have returned my order but received no confirmation via NFD about the status of my return despite sending the order back nearly a week ago now. Don’t buy if you can avoid it.

I have been buying Never Fully Dressed this past few years and everyime I wear their clothes someone asks where I got it from so NFD has amassed loads of new customers from me... Their clothing outshine any other clothing brand... Amazing💕... Have just dealt with customer service due to missing item and they have been fantastic replacing my order immediately... Thank U NFD...U R the best *****

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 4 items and returned all of them on the same day due to quality. All 4 dresses were sent back in the same package, a week later I only received a refund for 2 dresses as they claimed they only got 2 back.

Given that all 4 were in the same package, I am not sure how that is possible. They ask me for proof of weight which I don't have as it was an in post return.

Then they stop replying to my emails and have opened an investigation before they refund me the reaminder. I can see other customers have experienced the same, partial or delayed refund, something is certainly a bit fishy and now we have to wait and let them hang onto our money whilst they investigate their frankly dodgy warehouse return process.

I ordered the Studded T Shirt in white, it was beautiful. However, the tag on the side (under armpit) made a tiny hole in it. I got in touch with NFD Customer Service, and was given options to either return the item and get a full refund, swap the item, or get a partial discount. I returned the T Shirt and got my refund very quickly. After a week I decided that I will order the studded T Shirt again but in smaller size, as have not found a tee as got out there in terms of style. The new T Shirt had the same problem when it arrived. This time I asked for a partial refund and Customer Service sorted it very quickly once again. Lovely and genuinely willing to help. Thank you.

I’m really disappointed not to have heard from you. I’ve emailed 3 times now and messaged on you Facebook messenger with no response to date - now I’m trying here.
It’s actually too late for me to return the dress before my holiday now - I just wanted to return it and get my money back …
