I placed an order on 17 September 2025 and paid for express shipping, thinking I’d receive the product within a week. How naïve of me. Weeks later, I was told it was “unfortunate” and that someone was “looking into it.” Apparently, that’s where the process ends.
I requested a full refund over ten days ago—still nothing. Maybe it’s travelling by carrier pigeon, or perhaps it’s stuck in the same mysterious place as my order. Either way, I wouldn’t trust this company as far as I could throw them.
