I requested screen printed patches and was informed they could do what I asked, so a sample was sent and I approved, it seemed legit for a picture. Then I received the patches. They were completely stitched and embroidered which I specifically said no to and now they refuse to issue a refund when it was a complete mess up on their part. Would rate a 0 if I could. Never ever again.

I selected Netpro at random off the internet. As soon as I started corresponding with them I knew they were good. I was getting immediate replies to my questions. Any concerns I might have had about dealing with a company the other side of the world and with a different language were immediately dispelled as there English was better than mine!

Very quick and prompt, they did exactly what I asked for and made prompt corrections if I needed something changed to my design. My patch is great quality and looks amazing, I’m very happy with not just the product but the customer service as well.

I recieved my price quote the same day, and continued to receive very prompt responses throughout the remainder of the interection (they are based out of China so you may have a day's wait-time if you aren't a night owl like myself).

I was a little wary at first when they asked for payment before sending the preview image, but once they did they were quick to do any revisions I requested -- even after receiving payment -- assuaging any fears I'd had.

The patch arrived within a few short days of them shipping it out, so that was a pleasant and unexpected surprise! I was actually sent two identical patches (an even more unexpected surprise) so I'm unsure if that was a fluke or what, but I'm not complaining!

The product itself is exceptionally well-made and exactly what I was hoping for. Beautifully detailed and an all-but-exact match to the design I sent them.

A wee bit pricey, but I had contacted a couple other similar companies and they wanted at least twice as much for a single piece.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service and the finished product! Highly recommend!

I have ordered patches from them for the past 5 years. And in the past 6 months service has been the worst ever. I do not know what is happening but service and quality is not what it used to be. Very Very unhappy with them.

Excellent experience with them fabricating a custom patch. We just have had over 40 emails back and forth tweaking the design, but they always responded and the outcome was fantastic! I'll definitely use them again.
