The patches that I had made of our family coat of arms was better than I could’ve ever imagined. The communication with the staff at net pro patches was fantastic. The company is in China, they will waste your time saying "KEEP IN TOUCH WITH US" in the meantime you will lose the opportunity to order somewhere else. The ones who said that they highly recommend this company probably belongs to the same company, or are bots.

Extremely happy with my order of 50 patches. The detail and color on the woven patches I ordered was outstanding. The logo I submitted was quite detailed and I was surprised that it transferred so well to the patch medium. The first draft they submitted for my approval had a slightly different color on the text than intended and they provided a second sample very quickly, which was then perfect. Shipping was fast with tracking number. Overall very happy with the services provided and I would use again.

Horrible service, first I don’t believe this company is located in USA. You cannot get anyone on the phone and they only reply in the middle of the night through email if you are lucky, so it took me 2 weeks just to get pictures of samples that was horrible. After 3 samples I still didn’t like the production so I decided to ask for a refund of my deposit and they tried to talk me out of it. After filing a claim through PayPal they said they would give me a refund “ASAP”, but still no refund. I would never recommend doing business with netro patches. I feel like I been scammed.

Honestly, after buying from NetPro Patches, I'll keep buying from them! Order was delivered on time, and sample matched what they delivered. Great folks. Great value.

Incredible I’m so happy! I needed patches for a last minute Halloween costume and they rushed the job to LA. Initially when ordering, I was worried about them arriving in time and the quality. The patches we’re done before the rest of my costume! And the quality was spot on. My expectations were exceeded! Thank you again!

I have had the worst experience with this company. Everytime THEY made a mistake they made me pay shipping to correct patches. They also constantly made false promises on 3 week production times.. But then they started changing my artwork or color on my patches and tried blaming me for it. On the last purchase, I received the wrong color patches and they said they can't make the color i ordered. Although they sent me digital sample with that color and told me they could before I made payment. They then said they will refund me if they see that another company can make that color and I did. I sent them a picture and they still refused to refund me. And there's another pending refund where they removed the eyes on my design. And now they said the owner doesn't want to refund me. I have lost a lot of money with these guys. Dont trust them.

We ordered patches for our airsoft team through Netpro Patches. They got back to us quickly and communicated with us as we went through the process. The patches are outstanding, they took our design and really brought it to life, and the turnaround was amazingly fast.

We recently re-ordered sets of patches. All we had to do was reply to the original email, and Netpro got us the proofs and the product as quickly as before. We definitely recommend this company if you're looking for quality patches.

Experience was awful. The only positive was the timely fashion they responded. First, I was very specific on what I wanted in the quote. They sent me a very fair invoice/quote. They then immediately emailed asking if it was okay to make changes to the size. Ok, no big deal I thought. But, then again emailed me stating they size increase would increase the price. I responded to make sure all other details were what I wanted. Good thing I did. They changed the patch from pvc to embroidery. Not what I wanted. Told them PVC. They responded. How about metal. NO! PVC. What’s so hard to understand about that. I didn’t end up ordering and they are still bothering me about the embroidered and metal patches. Would not recommend. Never ever.
