The application itself was streamlined and very simple.

Neo also offers a pretty good rate on their savings accounts as well, and does allow multiple savings account which I like (I like to have one separate for every day savings, emergency, and then for my pet as well).

Cashback is fairly easy to understand side, but could use some improvement. I wish it was easier to see which rural areas have cashback, and suggesting partner links for Cashback (currently it is on the business to reach out, which can be overwhelming for small businesses).

I've only had to reach out to support once as my address would not allow me to input my apartment number properly.

I have never met a company that was more user and customer driven than Neo Financial. As part of their client focus group, I can clearly see how much they care about product satisfaction. Every new development they seek feedback for. They actively ask for customer ideas and needs, and you can see these put in place.

I wouldn't worry to much about the 1-star people here that have a problem and fly off the handle, racing to go put a bad review out there. This is not a Neo reflection. Read some of those reviews, and you get the picture.

I love my Neo World Elite Mastercard. I use it almost everywhere I shop, and I get so much cashback. And it's real cash I can apply to my card balance or transfer to my savings, not silly points that I can only spend at specific vendors and only on specific items in order to get the promised conversion rate.

Neo has been wonderful for me as I’m getting back on my feet financially. There are so many apps and tricks to manage money. They offer so many services, including using your card in a foreign country. I recommend it to all my friends!

I've had my neo every day spending account for almost two years. I love the cash back rewards. Areas of improvement would be the neocard being accepted everywhere.This includes the google wallet.
