I am writing this review as both a customer and a student of Neetwork Business School.

Over time, I have purchased multiple services from Neetwork, including hosting plans and domain registrations. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing.

Since April 27, 2026, I have been trying to resolve a DNS and hosting synchronization issue affecting my web development projects. The hosting account is active, the services are paid, and WordPress has already been installed correctly inside the hosting environment. However, the DNS system still does not recognize the domains properly, preventing the websites from functioning.

My last formal support request was sent more than 48 hours ago, and I still have not received an effective technical solution. This situation is causing serious delays in a development project that should matter to Neetwork, especially considering that part of my professional education and studies were completed through their own educational platform.

I contacted (admision neetwork.com) and also communicated with Martha from admissions/support. However, I believe the technical follow-up and customer attention provided have not met the level of professionalism expected from a company offering hosting, domain, and technology education services.

As a student of Neetwork, this situation is even more disappointing because I expected stronger technical support, better communication, and more professional customer care.

I am not requesting anything unreasonable. I only need my hosting and DNS services to function correctly so I can continue my development work normally.

I sincerely hope Neetwork resolves this issue soon. If the problem is solved, I will gladly update or remove this review.

When I need some information about ANYTHING, they didn't have any doubt. This courses, and all the information here is completely unique and powerfull. Use in case or emergency, but use it. You can loose other opportunities but Neetwork Business School is the way.

Until now I am starting such an exciting experience, but what I have been able to appreciate is;
1- The course topics are very complete.
2- There is a lot of practice when completing and submitting the 180 tasks.
3- They begin by explaining the most basic concepts of the topics.
4- I hope they explain step by step the operational part to make a publication through the business manager in Meta.
