There's been a few times where I've put bets on that have won. Waited for the funds with no results. Checked my pending bets and nothing there. Looked through results and nothing there. Chatted live and was told there was a price change and I didn't accept it. This isn't true. I clicked on done and could see the pending bet accepted.
Today, had a same race multi. Put the bet on, it was accepted. I went out for 30 mins, came home, checked the bets in pending bets and I had won. Once again, it disappears. Never happened to me on sportsbet ever. Neds are a disgrace. Problem is, how do you prove a bet that's disappeared. Stay away

This has to be the biggest bunch of scammers if you win they hold your money and lock account . Trust me I’m still fighting to get my winnings only $800 but you win anything good luck getting your money . They should investigate this company

Start winning and technical issues stop you making deposits and placing bets. Lost close to $2000 because I couldn’t deposit funds and bets being rejected for technical issues. I should have read reviews before signing up. Worst betting agency!

Neds highly not recommended, they took all my Bonus took box uses away because I used to much of them lol doing big bets even though they supplied them to meSPORTS BET ALL THE WAY!!, Neds are a huge disappointment useless phone callers don’t give correct information late payouts.
Also told me I need to bet for 6 months to even get my tool box bonus back what a joke.

Advice to anyone don’t even download the app useless people and betting. Sports bet is the best !

If you like bookies that as soon as you win you'll have your account capped to tiny bets, they don't like any customers who has any sense of what there doing if your account is running without any restrictions you're losing, they are quick to take away any bonuses and cap your bets as soon as your in profit. don't waste your time

I’m a senior woman and got kicked off Neds promotions because I used their promotional tools! I bet $5 occasionally and if they offered a boast, I’d use it. Was that a crime? They love taking your money if you lose, but don’t dare win! NOT recommended.

I would’ve voted negative if possible . Customer service is non existent and they become difficult when you are winning . There promotions disappeared after I made a deposit and they tell me it’s my fault I could have withdrawn the funds . This company practises very deceptive advertising and predatory behaviour towards customers . I wouldn’t recommend this bookie to even my worst enemy. Also shame on NT to let them operate despite such predatory practises

Wish I couldn't give them a star in general, put a 10 dollar bet down for an epl game, and the bet slip itself vanished as if I never put the bet down, unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Tried to resolve and withdraw funds and they have my mums account suspended. Not able to help address the issue and rejected our situation. I’ve worked in hospitality and dealt with many customer service lines, but this was by far the worst and you shouldn’t make an account with this service.

Garbage rules and terrible site just flat unfair, they let you use toolbox items when they have money back for 2nd or 3rd except for extra head and I only used it because nothing else was there and I got 2nd and was going to use the money to back on another horse but it never came and they said they will not honour there money back policy worst the horse I was going to back won ane cost me money I asked to close my account will never bet with them again, downright scumbags. 0/1.

I believe the neds betting app is a cheater they take your money and are dishonest.

Absolute rubbish all I wanted to know was how to use money coupon. Took 10 mins to get response from live chat. Then everything you ask they take 5mins to answer. Meanwhile the horse I wanted to put it on runs and wins while I'm still waiting on brain dead operators. Much better sites out there don't waste time on these brain dead

STAY AWAY FROM NEDS. They have dodgy promo's for example they state extra head but then in the small print refer to fractions like only a 0.1 boost. So really it should be represented as "extra nose". Clear breach of consumer law. also reneg your 2nd or 3rd bet backs if you select a tool box option and do not warn the consumer. DODGY DODGY DODGY.

so i manage to make a few buks, as a result, they limited my bets to win not more than 50 buks, how the hell they dare to limit my account in such a disgracefull way? even worst they blocked me from making withdrawals unless i showed em my credit card pics, including the ccv code.
scam to say the least, in 2020 how can they fraud honest people this way?
i really hope they go bankrupt because they own honest people credit card details and is quite a concern.

Asked for a promotion on my account, when told no asked why does it seem to be I get nothing from neds said will look at taking my business else where and the customer service person said no worries.thanks for your time and disconnected. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Changed to Neds as they are Australian owned and their toolbox features were great. Lasted one weekend and my account features were restricted because of “inappropriate use”. Apparently you’re not allowed to use the free bets and toolbox bonuses when they are available as that’s inappropriate!
I told them it’s brainless to think people wouldn’t use the bonuses as soon as they are available. They disagreed and my bonus tools that were supposed to refresh every 24hours didn’t refresh once in the few weeks I bet with them so I said goodbye and walked.

I deposited $60 and then $100 shortly afterwards (as you do) The system charged me $160, as well as the $60 and $100 as deposited so I'm charged $320.
If I had more money in my account I wouldn't have even noticed. BEWARE!!!

Stay away from neds. They run promotions. For instance, money back if 2nd or 3rd on fixed bets
I placed a bet, the horse finished 3rd but I didn't received a bonus bet
I queried it with neds.
It turns out, on their Terms and Conditions Page, there are 'extra' conditions
