Poor customer service and Company reputation
Poor customer service, unreliable and cheated me my refund and no communication. Placed an ordered and partially received the order with 2 bottles of magnesium missing back on the 3rd April, paid my good earned money without the product delivery, no communication, no update, and after 5 plus weeks of waiting finally asked for refund only to receive a deducted refund by £5.00 from the total paid. If I could give a zero rating I would. I will never buy from them again.

I have looked into the matter and found that a voucher was applied to your order. Our system applies a percentage discount from the voucher across each product line, which is why the refund of £19.88 was issued for the magnesium product, reflecting the amount actually charged after the discount—not the full retail price of £23.00. However, I completely agree that a full refund should have been processed since we were unable to supply the product.
I can see that you have since contacted our Customer Services team, who have requested a further refund of £3.12 on your behalf. I’m also happy to let you know that the magnesium product is now back in stock, and I will be reaching out to you directly to discuss this further.
