The tablets arrived very quickly
The tablets arrived very quickly. With regards to their effect, to be honest I am not sure if they had made any difference. I bought them hoping they would improve my memory, still terrible remembering names and where I have put things. I will give the tablets a bit longer and see if they do have the desired effect.

Nature's Best did contact me, as below, apologising and sent me a complimentary jar of the product to try. So, very impressed, and happy to try them again in future.
Disappointed. I ordered two different items. One arrived fine. I was told the second would be dispatched on 5th May first class; never arrived. I then had to chase up to be told won't be until the end of the month, so cancelled the order. Refund issued speedily. But surely this company would have a system in place to advise there'd be a further delay, as other companies have, rather than the onus on me to keep chasing up! Things go wrong, obviously, but a more efficient way of informing the customer should be implemented. Three stars because the refund arrived promptly.
