Following up on a tracking query, and was helped by Shiella R, who was super quick and efficient at dealing with it, also providing POD without requesting :). The pallet was delivered as expected :).

My pallet was picked up on time, but it wasn’t delivered at the scheduled time, and I’m not sure why. I contacted customer service, and they kindly arranged a free redelivery. Shiella R from customer service answered all my questions — her service was excellent. I hope my pallet will be delivered to my customer today, and I’ll continue to follow up and update my review.

Failed to collect on the day we booked for, then delivered the goods with a two day delay despite having paid extra for next day delivery. Waste of money. Use Palletways, Palletline - they are so much better and have more professional customer service.

Shiella R was a great help.

Terrible! An email was sent to the courier two days before expected delivery that contained specific details for the drop off location however there was zero feedback from this email. Attempts to contact via the phone number supplied with no answer. The delivery was attempted and failed. No details of the failed delivery attempt were provided, and no contact made by the courier to the number provided. The next morning I contacted the online assistant which was helpful but immediately requested £45+VAT to attempt redelivery. I went to make a complaint but nothing. If you pay a company for a service then that should be provided, no end of chasing to find out what was going on. The emails and numbers provided were useless.

Shiella R was very helpful on the live chat this morning (Wednesday 10th September). All of my questions were answered and a link to pallet tracking was also provided on the live chat when we couldn’t see this on the email we had received. Shiella also provided an update on the tracking of all of our recent shipments which was very helpful Thanks Shiella! Regards, Ashley

My question on delivery dates was dealt with by Sheila R in a very prompt and efficient manner which was a great help in booking the delivery in with our warehouse

Booked and paid extra for specific day collection and delivery and this was ignored. Waste of time and money

Didn’t collect even after 7 days, Customer Service just said ‘collections and service isn’t guaranteed’.

Very poor, unreliable and unapologetic.

Cancelled the uncollected booking and permanently closed the business account with National Pallets, still awaiting a full refund after 10 days.

AVOID!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR GOODS. THEY ARE A SCAM AND A SHAMABLES OF A COMPANY. THEY WILL TRY AND GET MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU. They will not come and collect your pallets when they say they will on the dates you have booked online. When they do come, they will claim the pallets have not been labelled correctly even though you have printed off the dodgy A4 label from the order and stuck them on the pallet. Once they eventually come & collect the goods, & have them at their depot, they will contact you and say that you need to pay a further wasted journey fee as they had to come to collect the goods twice, but that wasn't your fault and they will hold your stock on ransom until you pay another £30 to release your goods then blame you that you did something wrong. We were then told that we should have told National pallets about the order, but we booked the order via their website. This is the most ridiculous website and company I have ever worked with. NEVER again
