Birmingham to Stanstead…
Went from Birmingham to Stanstead airport in 2022, 2024 and just booked to go again in August. The fair has not gone up at all. We paid £40 pp in ‘22 and just paid £40.50 pp return with reserved seats. A great proce and service.

Amazing service! National Express are doing everything they advertise
From the ease of the quick booking process to the amazing cheap price
I couldn’t fault National Express!
We went from London Victoria to Bristol & arrived 45 minutes before our journey
We were boarded with ease to our reserved seats and left on time,
The driver was friendly & very helpful with our cases
The seats were comfy and had plenty of room I loved the fact that there were USB phone charge points at our seats
Everything was great
I have already booked another journey for later in the summer.

Price Increased after booking first ticket.
Booked two separate tickets for the same day and the return route was the same, however after booking the first ticket, the rate increased IMMEDIATELY, on the second ticket. I did not think this was fair.

Well they should tell us the bus stop was changed as it should have gone back to its original bus stop .so l missed this morning one .
Now l am on the bus to London and it has broken down.

The bus i booked NX201 from T2,3…
The bus i booked NX201 from T2,3 Heathrow to Swansea did not wait pulled out of the stand at 1528hrs.
Had an all flexible ticket which was not honoured by national express. Had to buy a new ticket. Not very good

Unreliable
The bus ended up being over an hour delay. There was no communication. We had to check that status ourselves. Ended up taking an alternative and more expensive route last minute.
