Very helpful and supportive in what they do

It was over the phone on the 13/03 /2020 in the afternoon
The woman was unprofessional, insensitive, rude, judgemental and negative through the all call
She was judging that the fact that my son was in full time education and should go to work instead to help pay my debts
I managed to keep calm

I should have done this years ago! After getting myself into difficulty I was contacted by Chelsea who was very understanding, patient, friendly and above all else a calming and informative young lady who helped me through the initial stages. She then passed me onto Michael who was amazing. He walked me through all stages, asking me to repeat back so he knew I fully understood. Again, he was calm and patient, understanding yet he managed my expectations in an amazing way. I felt supported and he walked though it with me step by step right down to uploading items needed for my case. He has made the whole process easy and manageable and I thank you all for helping me out as much as you have! Would recommend you to anyone who needed help!
