I cant thank Ari and Chloe enough. Very empathetic and understanding. Took the time to talk me through my options and Chloe was able to calm me down when I began to doubt if I deserved help due to being embarrassed with my debt. They are very kind and talked to me with nothing but respect. They continued to follow up every few days to make sure I was ok and if I had any questions

I dealt with Rob Waghorn and he was very patient with me as I was not good at using my tablet so it took a long time for me to understand how to complete the forms. I was at my wits and he put me at ease and made me feel better

I was getting myself backed into a corner with things and was embarrassed by it I didn't know what to do then I saw the advert for debt help I rang them it was the best thing I did they were wonderful very sympathetic and before I knew it everything was in hand i felt great when i got off the phone to them what a weight was lifted of my shoulders and they have even phoned me after it to see how I was the service is wonderful I thoroughly recommend them to anyone

Amazing that I can now move forward with my life.

After a mental breakdown which resulted in loss of home, loss of employment, spiritualing debts and an inability to cope with everything, I then found the national debt advice on Facebook. I have nothing but respect and administration for the way I was treated. I felt at ease discussing my issues and they found a solution best suited to my need.
