Absolutely the worst bunch of Theives and Liars. Got an email 6th December saying they'd received my return goods, called them to find out when I should receive my refund and was told 5-10 working days. Just received another email saying it might take up to 10 days.

What worries me this a company that wants to be seen as a top end brand yet have more 1/10 ratings than 5s and have not once apologised to any customers or improved their service. Awful customer service.

Took 20 days for them to eventually say the item won’t be delivered. A refund will be issued in 14 days and if I want to reorder I’d have to pay today’s price not the black Friday deal price with 20% off for first time customer. Sizes are well out on other items I ordered. They use yodel as a delivery service. Absolutely diabolical. Won’t be ordering from them again.

From start to finish considering 2-3 day delivery. After 4 days nothing .what makes it even worse they use yodel ..
15 days nothing no communication .customer service .terrible ..my advise is stay well away ...will not reply to emails .had to inform bank to get refund FRAUD

Do not order from there! I'm a single mother of 2.. thought id treat myself for Christmas while sales are on.. almost spend 200 pound.. for them to say its delivered but clearly it hasnt.. then saying they cant issue a refund or anything as their tracking says delivered.. clearly it hasnt though or id be wearing it now.. avoid avoid avoid

I guess im one of the very few lucky ones who had good experience with this company. Delivery took 9 days. After reading all the bad reviews ,i got a bit worried and decided to contact their customer service. I got reply on the very next day with all the tracking info and the parcel arrived 2 days later. My parcel was nicely packed and the coat looks beautiful and high quality. I knocked 1 star off because of the long wait. Their delivery doesn't take 5-7 days like stated on their website but they do keep you with all the tracking info. I have already placed the second order,hopefully it will go as smoothly as the first one. Fingers crossed!!

Products are nice but they use Yodel for delivery in the UK and they are the WORST. They never deliver on the date they say. Driver circles your area and doesnt come. Every times it takes several days for them to ‘attempt’ delivery. PLEASE CHANGE TO ANY OTHER DELIVERY COMPANY

My order didn't arrived and the carrier delivered to someone else. They do not want to replace the item or refund it, no investigation! they only said:
we will not be issuing a refund on this occasion.
and then they stop replying.
No solution, nothing.
RUDE COMPANY! Never buy any items from them.

WOW.... one of the worst here. No comms at all, items shipped and no tracking updates for over a week. Just awful. AVOID.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, still waiting for my jacket to be delivered. Still not with yodel yet either so I dont have a clue how much longer it’s gonna take to arrive

Taken two weeks to send me a jacket and neither Napapijri or Yodel can even tell me where my package is.

First time I ordered a set a hoody came no pants, it was meant to be a set! The pants came two weeks later different color and by then hoody had shrunk and faded tried again every season to receive absolute shite ( paying each time no refunds or exchange.I tried again with new range, I got new hoody TODAY after five mins of wearing it, it has shrunk like a bra had to keep pulling it down this was minutes iafter receiving it in post. I first used this brand and got a £280 Ski coats absolutely amazing and solid , that's what got me invested in your brand. The hoody range is absolute sh1te quality shite sizes, poor print even worse pealing cracking....last hoody was embroidered logo but stitched on a angle not even straight. I want a fliping refund so angry and upset I will post videos and slag this brand off until rectified am one un happy customer I have all receipts pictures of all faulty items over tune bit one rectified!!!

I recently bought 2 Lapaz hooded puffer jackets from Napapijri because I wasn’t sure of the sizes. Both jackets arrived within 7 days. I loved them so kept 1 & sent one back. Refund was within 5 days.

I was so happy with the original jacket that I kept, I bought the same in a different colour & it again arrived within 7 days.

10/10 for Napapijri.

The quality of the jackets are amazing & they look so stylish.

I’ll definitely be buying again from this company.

I ordered two items—a jacket and a t-shirt. I like the jacket, but it looked faulty, so I sent all the information and pictures to check whether it was a fault or just the design. I never heard back, so I sent everything back two weeks ago and I’m still waiting for a refund. Not how I would run my clothing company if I had one. Very disappointing—first and last time I’ll be buying from this brand.

Bought 2 cardigans and the colour faded after one wash! They refuse to refund it or take back the products! Awful customer service and Awful quality!

Very slow to deliver and very very very slow to refund any returns , still haven't had it even tho I know they have received it I returned 4/08 and they received 6/08

Shorts, swimming trunk quality for cargo shorts pricing.

So I did leave a negative review as I wasn’t getting any response to my e mails regarding delivery, I finally got a response to say this was coming from Prague so delivery would take longer than usual, if they stated this on purchase there would be no need to keep trying to track where your parcel is, however given my negative review I have today received my order and I have to say my son is over the moon so as it happens I am now satisfied with this, not sure I would buy again think I’d probably use a third party as I have done previously and never had a problem with delivery usually arrives with 2/3 days I would say if your in a rush as I was as it was a birthday present I would think before buying direct 🙄

Been buying my clothes from Napapijri for about a decade now. Love the designs of the rain forest jackets and the iconic Skidoo jacket. Have some great clothes from Napapijri
But... Ordered the £90 Cenci Short Sleeve Polo Shirtin White Whisper XL
And for that price was expecting a flawless garment. Wow. Was gutted as the material is appalling. Lifeless and baggy. Very disappointed as have always loved the designs and materials they use. But nah. This was sub standard for Napapijri

Charged me twice for my order and said because my payment was through a third party (which the option was on their website btw) there was nothing they could do and now I have 1 coat that cost me £224 instead of the original £112

Bought two T-shirts which as they were much bigger than the size guides needed to be returned. Napapijri seemingly have them and have scanned them back in but weeks later still haven’t refunded a substantial amount. Customer service do not engage at all now.

What was once a reputable company selling decent gear seems to have become a scam site. Do not order from them, you will regret it.
