Best service
The service is very good! There was an issue on the homepage with a broken payment process that resulted in a doubled order. The Shop Like You Team handled the mistake for me and supported me straight forward and with no problems. Never had any service as good as that with an online market.

All ethical everything
My go-to place for things such as vegan shoes, which are hard to find elsewhere. I've always been super happy with their customer service as well as the great range of available products. All their products come from sustainable sources and are ethically made. Plus, they have a great newsletter (one for men and one for women). Highly recommend!

Avoid at any cost—especially if you're ordering from the UK!
Avoid this company if you're ordering from the UK!
There are hidden charges for tax and duty that they don't clearly disclose at checkout. I ordered a pair of shoes that cost me £160, and only when they were about to be delivered did I receive an email stating I had to pay an additional £70 in tax and duty.
When I contacted the company, they claimed they had informed customers they were responsible for duty charges—but there was no clear notice during the checkout process. When I complained, they said there was nothing they could do and offered me 10% off my next purchase—probably so I could end up paying another £70 in hidden fees!
I’ve bought clothes before from companies shipping from the EU and never had to pay duty like this a week after the purchase. Stay away from this company—especially if you're in the UK.

The email contact I had with them aboute some returns was very easy, polite and good.
What I think could be better, is some more information about the products on the website. For example some bralette's I bought were without padding, I wouldn't have bought them if this was mentioned on the website.

Top class customer service
This scarf was not available from the manufacturer's website until Shop Like You Give stepped in. Within a few days of my email they had contacted Komodo, and persuaded them to list the item especially for me. I'm really appreciative of the lengths that they are prepared to go to to give first class customer service and I'm delighted to have a replacement for the scarf that I lost and couldn't find anywhere.
