I had a sizing issue for a final sale set that Elham and Jenelynn resolved for me. They were quick and efficient and now that they handled my case w such understanding, I will make a point to shop with Mytheresa going forward. The service on top of the amazing curated pieces make for such a wonderful shopping experience.

The presentation of the goods is clear and well-structured, with generally accurate information regarding fabrics and measurements. The range is supported by a sufficient number of photos, good variety, and the inclusion of new designers. Shipping is efficient, and the refund process is straightforward and user-friendly, with additional value provided through promotions and a loyalty program.

However, it would be helpful to present all available options of the same model in one place (e.g., different color variations), to improve navigation and overall user experience.

I have been shopping @mytheresa for several years now and find it to be the best fashion site in Europe. Aside from the great selection of designers i want to highlight the second to none great customer service. Returns are the easiest, they collect free of charge and there is always someone (human) on the other side of the line to support you and answer your questions.

I have been shopping from MT for a number of years now. I find their customer service excellent, especially Jane An. They have a very good range of designers and price points and enjoy navigating the site. Delivery is always quick and well presented.

I am writing here because my emails have been ignored for the past two days and my Balenciaga bag is still being held in your possession since mid-February.
I have already officially filed a complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC) and initiated a dispute with my payment provider. Under § 323 and § 440 BGB, I have legally withdrawn from the contract (Rücktritt) and I demand a full refund of the purchase price immediately.
I am not interested in any further delays or "goodwill" offers. My legal right to a refund stands due to your failure to provide a remedy within a reasonable timeframe. I expect you to professionalize your communication and process my money back without further delay.

I highly recommend Mytheresa. I needed to exchange my dress for a different size, and the entire process was handled seamlessly and with great efficiency. No additional fees were charged—unlike my experience with other retailers such as REVOLVE. They also managed multiple shipments to South America without any issues, something other brands like Nadine Merabi were unable to do. Overall, an excellent experience! 5/5

First time using MyTheresa and while they do offer some great products at reasonable prices, their customer service is frankly shocking. I ordered a pair of shoes which unfortunately were the wrong size. They were repackaged and promptly returned using their preferred method. I received an email saying they were being returned and a subsequent email saying that the return had been received. This was on the 19th March 2026. Fast forward over a month later and still no refund. I have chased and chased and been constantly fobbed off. Now the onus has been put back on me despite doing everything I have been asked. Under UK consumer law, once the product has been acknowledged as being received, a refund must be given within 14 days and yet I am still no further forward.
The most annoying part for me is that they never contact me, it is me doing the chasing constantly. The shoes were over £400 and for that price one should expect even a minimum level of customer service yet it has been the worst service experience I have ever had with online shopping.

I love all the products and my SA is always very professional and kind.
