I am writing here because my emails have been ignored for the past two days and my Balenciaga bag is still being held in your possession since mid-February.
I have already officially filed a complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC) and initiated a dispute with my payment provider. Under § 323 and § 440 BGB, I have legally withdrawn from the contract (Rücktritt) and I demand a full refund of the purchase price immediately.
I am not interested in any further delays or "goodwill" offers. My legal right to a refund stands due to your failure to provide a remedy within a reasonable timeframe. I expect you to professionalize your communication and process my money back without further delay.

First time using MyTheresa and while they do offer some great products at reasonable prices, their customer service is frankly shocking. I ordered a pair of shoes which unfortunately were the wrong size. They were repackaged and promptly returned using their preferred method. I received an email saying they were being returned and a subsequent email saying that the return had been received. This was on the 19th March 2026. Fast forward over a month later and still no refund. I have chased and chased and been constantly fobbed off. Now the onus has been put back on me despite doing everything I have been asked. Under UK consumer law, once the product has been acknowledged as being received, a refund must be given within 14 days and yet I am still no further forward.
The most annoying part for me is that they never contact me, it is me doing the chasing constantly. The shoes were over £400 and for that price one should expect even a minimum level of customer service yet it has been the worst service experience I have ever had with online shopping.
