Great Produkt, fast Delivery. I can recommend this shop.

Very good supplier of oils and other items. Items even though in glass, they are packed very well and I have nevr received a broken bottle.

Whilst placing my order I missed some items. I called up and customer services quickly amended this for me and added my extra items on to my order so that they would all be delivered at the same time. They were super efficient I dealing with this for me.

I have ordered from this company for years. Sadly, lately quite a few fragrance oils are out of stock....I waited a few months, still out of order. No Lemon/Lime or Lemon Fragrance oils.
Disappointing

Edited to add: they never contacted me till this review, i called a week ago and was told they will followup with the courier. No scans for 10+ days. Changing to 3 star because they reached out, today after my 1 star review, to sort it out. Will continue to update accordingly

The delivery was very quick. Everything is well packed. The monoi oil’s perfume is gorgeous. The melt and pour base seems to be of good quality.

I love mystical moments essential oils. Very good quality. Also it is hard to find some of their products. Especially vanilla one. Hope they will have it in their stock soon! Can't recommend enough. I use essential oils for almost everything. Perfumes, lotions, massage, bath, air freshener, cleaning, diffusers etc. These are the best.

I’ve been purchasing a Mystic moment essential oils and premium fragrance oils for a while now and have always been really very happy with them.
Recently I purchased lavender essential oil and I’ve always been able to put it on my skin but this time it burnt..
I’ve purchased premium fragrance oil neroli and the smell has been absolutely stunning but this purchase(I purchased it through Amazon) had hardly any fragrance to it and the liquid it did have it did not resemble neroli at all.
I also purchased clove oil for my oil burner. It was so overpowered and it made me feel very sick so I’ve had to return it.
I don’t know what’s going on with mystic moments, but they are not coming up to my expectations at all ..

I am very satisfied with the products I received so far. The price/quality ratio is excellent. I purchased Iso E Super and several essential oils (Amyris, Cedarwood Atlas, Ho Wood, and Cypress French) and the quality is great. The shipping was very fast and the items were well-protected in the package.
However, I am still waiting for a response regarding the VAT deduction. As I am located in Serbia (non-EU), I should be exempt from UK VAT, but my last order was not discounted. My future purchases will depend on resolving this issue, as I would love to continue shopping here if the VAT is correctly handled for international exports. Hoping for a quick response from the team!
