All the ads saying free delivery
All the ads saying free delivery, even before my checkout under the code saying that the delivery fee will disappear when I’m about to pay yet I was charged 30 lei for delivery.
I’m pretty sure it’s not even legal :)

Because Myprotein cancelled my order without any explanation! I ordered and paid and and 2 days later my order was cancelled. And the items are all still in stock!

The UI of the site could use some improvements
The site is alright, but the delivery page’s UI is confusing, at least on mobile. You don’t know what pick up point you chose, because, after choosing, the name appears incomplete. Also, if you want to collect your order and not have it be delivered to your house, you don’t have the option to pay with apple pay. It just disappears, again, on mobile. I don’t know about the desktop site.

how easy to navigate
I liked how easy it was to navigate and fill my cart even when I had multiple windows opened for comparison purposes of the best product for me. The payment process was smooth and I received the order confirmation in a timely manner.
