Just add paying methods in the app.
The payment process in the app is too complicated. Please add Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other convenient payment methods. I placed an order yesterday, but for some reason it didn’t go through. When I checked again today, one of the items was already sold out, which was really frustrating.

I like the brand
I like the brand, but some stuff of the same brand is cheaper elsewhere. Also delivery is very unclear, I have no idea where the goods will delivered to.

The products themselves are good and…
The products themselves are good and the ingredient quality seems solid — but the e-shop experience, delivery, and marketing tactics are dragging the brand down.
• Poor delivery options
• Long delivery times — the website states next-day dispatch, yet I received an email warning me of a 48-hour delay compared to normal
• Constant "sales" with mandatory discount codes at checkout. The promotions never stop — why not just sell at realistic prices? The "original" price feels completely artificial.
• On competing marketplaces you can always buy at prices equivalent to the "discounted" price here, with faster shipping on top of it. Unfortunately, marketplaces don't carry every flavour, which is the only reason I'm forced to order directly from the Myprotein website.

The products are great, but "nevereding" sales are bothersome... can't you just sell your products with regular price all the time (like 40+% discount)? Can't imagine anyone ever bought anything there without some "discount".
