Advertised my property for sale via another agent. Having never contacted this agency I then received multiple unsolicited letters from managing director Andrew Griffith to list with them.

Complete disregard for regulations!

They they respond with the below. Complete nonsense as property had only been listed 3 weeks! Received si. Ilar from other agents all from the same address so assume they employ a company to do this on their behalf.

Great personal service, efficient and showed great care both for sellers and buyers alike. Very good follow-up once a sale/purchase has started which removes a lot of stress from the situation.

I was trying to decide whether to sell/reassign my (almost finished) apartment in London or whether to complete and rent it out. It was 5 years ago when I placed the deposit on it and the market had not performed as we had expected.
Danny, at MyLondonHome, was enthusiastic and proactive and managed to help guide my decision making. He kept me updated, gave useful price comparisons and set expectations realistically. Once an offer had been accepted, he managed the deposit taking and referred me to solicitors experienced with this sort of transaction.

Wendy took over to progress the deal and patiently kept in touch with all parties as the process took longer than expected for a variety of reasons. It was useful being able to contact her with ease as we approached the deadline date. Delighted the process concluded well and I am pleased not only with the decision to sell but also the experience of MyLondonHome in completing a more tricky sale than I am used to as an experienced investor. Also, MyLondonHome were busy and working at a time during the first Covid lockdown when many agents were closed or not responsive.

Really great experience from start to finish, resulting in rapid and smooth sale. Their 3D tech made it really easy during lockdown to get initial viewings, their marketing strategy was highly effective at finding the right buyers quickly, and they even helped me resolve some practical issues with the buyer at the end. All the while, kept me updated and v helpful. Best Estate Agent I've ever used by some margin.

I hired MyLondonHome (MLH) to help me sell my property in Canary Wharf. This was after a very bad an unpleasant experience with another agent, Chestertons, but that’s a story for another day.

MLH have been fantastic. The difference was night and day. As the old adage goes “you get what you pay for” and I felt that they really earned their fee by working extremely hard in getting me multiple offers on my property (all above what Chestertons could do and during a pandemic mind you!). Danny Greenland has worked tirelessly in conducting viewings and at no point throughout the sale process did I feel pressured to accept an offer that I did not like.

They have been prompt in replying to my emails and calls and have just been excellent all round. I will not hesitate in recommending them to family or friends.

Also, a special mention to Wendy Gould who kept me fully abreast of my sale’s progress and was indefatigable in chasing up my managing agents for the EWS1 report as well as following up with my buyer and solicitor.

Really pleased with the end result and a big thank you to the entire team including Adam Anker who stepped in to cover when there was a shortage of staff.

My London Home helps us to find our property. They are very thorough and patient in matching our criteria. After looking into several potential properties, we were not able to decide as many of them were off plan.
