I am thoroughly enjoying "meeting" my ancestors! My children and especially my grandchildren are picking people from history they are following . One g'dtr is shadowing a cousin from the mid-1700s with the same name, and says she has learned more history this way than in school!
Three g'dtrs have married this year, so I challenged them to picture what their lives would have been like in a previous century as a new wife and mother. One said she might have cooked on a wood stove in the 1700s, but the look on her face when I told her no, she would cook everything in one big pot, on a swinging hook hanging by the house's fireplace---made all my research worth it. A third cousin in Florida was surprised and pleased when I told her about all the law officers in our family---her husband and son were sheriffs, too. Our grandpa and his brother left SC after the family lost everything in the unCivil War, so our parents knew nothing about his story, and a very old lady I knew as "family" turned out to be one of Grandpa's four older sisters! My kids and I are all voracious readers and writers, so it was fun to find out my Grandpa's mother was owner and publisher of a newspaper in the mid-1800s! And Uncle Neil was his brother! But the best thing to come out of MyHeritage is how REAL it has made history to me and ALL my family. The amount and variety of things they offer now is so amazing and easy to use. Thank you, MyHeritage, for yet another way to draw our family even closer

I made my payment on July 20, 2026, and submitted my refund request on August 19, 2026, within the stated 30-day money-back guarantee period. I have confirmation that my refund request was successfully submitted.

I am not trying to create a dispute or cause any unnecessary problems. I am simply asking MyHeritage to honor its advertised 30-day money-back guarantee and issue my full refund. I submitted my request within the required timeframe and followed the proper refund process.

I would sincerely appreciate it if a MyHeritage representative could review my case as soon as possible and process the full refund. I am ready to provide my account information, payment details, or any other information necessary to resolve this quickly.

I was offered a special rate that I was not able to acquire before the expiration date, but the representative I emailed was quick to respond and was able to honor the special rate. I was very excited to be able to continue my membership. Thank you!

I wish you would fix the app because it’s not nearly as efficient as it was. It’s now as slow as a wet week.

Gabrielle was very friendly and able to help with some technical issues even though that's not her role. She explanied the subscription options very clearly and wasn't too pushy. I did feel i had to make a decision there and then - having them sent to me to review would have been better

I finally was able to get my money back. However; it was not My Heritage but rather PayPal.
My Heritage is 'silent' and will never respond to emails, and will never offer to give back the monies they take from your bank account.
Someone on another review site said to go to PayPal. What a wonderful company they are!
The 'automatic' responses from My Heritage are 'bots' and what they say are lies. Be very careful in clicking on a 'free trial' because they will take $207.90 without any email to say your 'free trial' is over.

Ben The customer relations manger was great. Helped me with some of my errors. Unfortunately a lot he couldn’t. Im a retiree and he was very patient with me. You have a great person in your employment establishment.
