Please avoid this company
Please avoid this company, especially if you are considering doing anything related to DNA testing.
I contacted MyHeritage several times through different phone numbers, but each time I was told to contact them by email. I then emailed VIPCare, but their response was extremely slow. They charged me €200 without my consent for the subscription, and it seemed that the only way to get their attention was by leaving a public review.
After I posted my review, they finally contacted me by email and provided a phone number. However, when I tried to call the number back, it did not work. Their response to my review was also very general and did not clearly address my actual issue.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend being very cautious before providing payment or personal/DNA information. Make sure you fully understand the charges and cancellation/refund process before proceeding.

It's nice and all but having the same…
It's nice and all but having the same notifications popup 10 minutes after I confirmed them gets tiring after a while. That didn't drag my review down though.
Having to pay to return the DNA-kit is bullshit. I've paid for it already. Return should be prepaid. Would get 4 or even 5 stars without this but this alone definately drags it down to 2 stars.
So a warning to everyone ordering DNA-kit. Prepare to pay even more to post it back.

Auto renewal query
I received a telephone call from MyHeritage concerning the auto renewal of my account. The agent I spoke to was very polite and helpful and was able to resolve my problem satisfactorily.
It would be helpful if MyHeritage could email a reminder one or two weeks before the auto renewal is due.
