Order antibiotics for gum infection Sunday, email was sent to me on the Monday stating there was a problem and medication could not be despatched until Wednesday and its now Thursday No other communication what so ever. Tried calling multiple times, no answer. Emailed numerous times no answer. When you are waiting and relying on medication this is very frustrating and stressful. Website states 24/7 and online chat which is a lie as there isn't one. Not a happy customer one bit!

If you cant get a dentist appointment, this is a real game changer.
Its not cheap but being able to get antibiotics to get rid of a tooth infection is so worth paying the premium.
There is only so much soup you can eat :)

Had problems with an order being returned to sender in correctly. Royal Mail admitted this , my chemist plus has now arranged for re delivery. Lack of responses from them appear to be down communications problems. However , all is now sorted , thankyou My chemist plus , no thanks to Royal Mail who created the problem.

Excellent fast service. Easy to use website and next day delivery. A god send when you can't get an appointment with your dentist!

Fantastic Customer service from beginning to end.I ordered my Medication late Sunday Night and it was securely delivered to me Tuesday Morning.If you cannot afford the Dentist or are struggling for an appointment then this Company are your One Stop Shop.Highly Reccomended Company.I will certainly use them again.

Ordered antibiotics 07/02/2024 and came as described the following day.Great service when at the moment its impossible to get into a dentist.

Needed antibiotic for abscess and had it elivered within 24 hours. Really good service. Easy to use website too.

Gaviscon Plus and after it guides you to check out it does not even tell you the amount in the bottle ie 250ml or 600 etc but it says 100kg if you select 3 bottles.

Have sent 2 messages regarding my order, had no reply to either one of them. For the price iv'e been charged, including for a next day delivery, customer service is disgusting.

Company has just been intouch and explained the delivery situation to me. They were very helpful and apologetic and have reassured me that my order is on its way. Really appreciate them getting intouch and resolving the situation......very professional and helpful.

Incredibly useful, and easy to use site / service.
I completed the assessment questions, submitted and paid for my order. Had email confirmations every step of the way at completion. Order accepted, and later in the day I was given the Royal Mail tracking information.
Item delivered next morning!!

Thank God for My Chemist Plus. I urgently needed help with tooth abscess and medication. Local dentist shut for three-day weekend, nightmare. So I filled in a My Chemist Plus online application with my medical details and paid a reasonable price for a relatively quick delivery of medicine. A recommended and very much needed service.

Issues resolved in that refund issued. All info had gone into my spam, but there had been no response to my follow up enquiry.

Order is missing. Tracking information says no order available even after an email saying its been dispatched and payment coming out. Can someone please get in touch with me as I haven't had a response through web chat, email or telephone.

Great professional service at a price but I needed pain relief and advice so I completed the online consultation and was told a dental appointment was my first point of treatment but as I'm on a waiting list and in pain I was advised on treatment I could purchase along with nhs links and information support of the medication use . The price is a little steep but was worth it I feel in my situation. The delivery was next day and great communication in my experience using my chemist plus .Thank you Shahina Mohamed

Clearly don’t answer the phone…. Tried multiple times and just cannot connect your call!
Tried to cancel my order and no verification of either a message or email.

Appalling customer service,placed an order for medication via their website and paid for item.I received an email later stating that I have received a refund as the item isn't in stock.What is the point in making customers input all their address and payment details if you don't have the item to sell them anyway.
