The painting job was completed on time and I was 100% happy with the result.

First time using ‘my builder’ to find someone to remove, dispose of fireplace and surrounds and plaster the wall. Intuitive to use. Reviews of suggested tradespeople was useful. Someone responded almost immediately, happy with their responses and price, all booked in and others recommended informed job was filled.
Could not have been more straightforward or user friendly. It will certainly be my starting point again.

I have only used My Builder twice to post job requests so far. I have had a very positive experience with both jobs, excellent work carried out and really good value for money. I would definitely recommend them, simple to use the app and post your job and the response to jobs has been very quick though not all tradesmen reply, so far the ones that replied the quickest gave the best price and that's who I went with. My experience has been very positive. Tip for posting a job, add as much detail and photos, helps to get better quotes, both my jobs were charged as per the quotes given, so was very pleased.

When i needed a Builder to repair windowsills on my house. MyBuilder provided me with numerous contacts with local builder tradesmen. It was a simple process to contact, converse with builders and make a choice who to hire.

Used MyBuilder on occasions, found the right person for me every time. I will use them again in the future and have no qualms recommending them to others.

They have debited money from my bank account, about 12 debits, actually every job that I have showed interest in. I was a novice with the my builder app and didn’t know how it worked at the time. This is how it works so you don’t get robbed too. They will connect 6 or 7 builders to same job and charge them all KNOWING only one of them can do the work.
My builder is profiteering from this and they won’t refund, the first I knew was when they had cleared my bank account dry, by then it had gone over 42 days and they will not refund.
Get your own work instead and do complain to the regulatory bodies and let’s get them closed down.
