The documents created were refreshingly free of jargon and easy to understand. Today marks the end of the process. Putting LPAs in place takes time but it's been well worth it.

I was sorting on behalf of my elderly parent, quite happy to deal with me and take payment. Heard absolutely nothing for months so I contacted them and received an extremely rude reply. Would not use them again and wished I read previous reviews before I did, very unprofessional considering their business.....
If it's the case you are not allowed to speak to me, this most certainly wasnt the case when I provided all initial information and you took payment. You only have my email address as my 90yr old Dad hasn't got access to one and not once have you provided an update to the situation or advised if the matter is complete so when I have to contact you, I wouldn't expect such a rude response!!!! Had i received updates, this would have been unnecessary.....as stated, my Dad will ring tomorrow and I shall be looking into reimbursement.

Responding to my review with totally INCORRECT points, firstly I did NOT say the appointment offered was not convenient (time and day wise it would have been perfect. MWQ's third party ukim is exactly that a third party, NOT someone i have a contractual obligation with, if MWQ want to use a third party that is up to them but they must legally take responsibility for the lack of work. Since all this messing around I finally received a promise of a refund but that still hasn't materialised, they are quick to take your money, don't do anything and expect customers to put up with it. USE ANY OTHER FIRM. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

So we find ourselves in the unusual position of responding to a negative review that is, at its heart, a complaint about getting your money back.
We're genuinely pleased the refund reached you. We just wish that outcome felt like the resolution it clearly is. We understand you may have hoped Visa or the SWW would take a different view of matters. They reviewed the facts and evidence available and reached their conclusions independently.
