I ordered a bridal veil on February 2nd, I emailed the company on February 16th as I hadn't received the veil (website states shipping is 8-12 business days). It is now Feb 21st and I still haven't received the veil or any update from the company as to when I will receive the veil.

I ordered a dress from this company and I paid £300 for the dress but never received it..they mentioned in their website that they will send the dress within 7-9 working days so, I wait for 3 months but never received it I tried to email them but they didn’t reply to me. Although I tried to talk to them via their Instagram account but they ignored my message, so please don’t buy from this company.
Avoid! Total scam company. Ordered 3 dresses for £150 never received them. They ignore emails and messages. I’m struggling to get my money back from these people. Do not buy from this company, you’ll never receive items or get refunded. I wrote on their Instagram page and they deleted my comments, I feel they do this a lot as there’s barely any comments on their page. Definitely a scam.
