I went to the Outlet shop in Menorca.
Since my purchase was quite high they offered to ship it to my home (great as I was flying with restricted luggage weight).
Unfortunately, the delivery company failed to even try and present the parcel to me. They returned it instead of delivering (DHL outsourced to a useless company).

I received the t-shirt and I’m extremely disappointed. The quality is completely unacceptable – the print is peeling off in several places, as if the shirt has already been worn and washed multiple times. This is absolutely not what I expected from a new product.
Before placing the order, the seller and I agreed that I would pay a higher amount upfront, and after completing the purchase, he would refund a part of the payment. That was the deal. It’s now been 15 days since the order was completed, and I still haven’t received any refund.
