Very bad quality chips

I had a very disappointing experience with Nutcase. I ordered customized poker chips and a Ludo table from them. When the package arrived, the Ludo table was already broken, and the poker chips were of extremely poor quality.

The chips looked great in the photos on their website, but in reality the quality is very bad. The printing on the chips is also very poor and is already starting to come off.

I contacted the seller immediately after receiving the package. They asked me to send an email regarding the issue, which I did right away, but I never received any response.

The after-sales service is extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, the product quality and customer support are both very poor.

Top quality cover, unfortunately pretty dark pic

I got a MacBoor air cover for my partner. Ordered on 1st December, I received the parcel on 15th December for an international delivery. Just in time for our Christmas abroad. The cover is very sturdy, the top cover with the picture is on the dark side compared to the preview, even when the laptop is on, while the bottom is clear plastic. I would definitely use Mr Nutcase again. I would give 5 stars if only they would provide a track number for your order, as it was quite hard to get the line over the phone and my first email got no answer at all and was quite a stressful situation.

Rip off - stole my money.

I cancelled an order, they told me they had refunded but had not. All attempts to contact them (Dec 2017, Jan 2018) have resulted in bounced emails. I'm in Australia so no other way to contact them.
Be warned, these guys are a scam.

Frustrating

I ordered a case around a month ago and when it arrived it was the wrong one, I have since contacted the company and they said they had passed it onto the production manager. This was two weeks ago and I have heard nothing since and I am stuck with another person's laptop case which I am sure they are asking after as well!
Very disappointed as I had read such great reviews about this website.

I ordered my case on the 12th August and on the 29th i have still not be notified that it has been shipped. I have tried calling the number on the email and checking against the website and it says "sorry but this persons phone is currently switched off". I am very disappointed with the service given to me as i have ordered cases before that have come through in good time but due to this experience i will not be using this service again. Very Very disappointed.

I never received my order

I am very disappointed with my experience with your website. I decided to purchase a christmas gift - an Ipad mini 2 case - on your website because I saw that it had good references. However, my order with number 101298 which I placed on 09/12 has still not arrived! It is unacceptable that you took my payment but I never received what I ordered! You ruined a surprise which I had planned for christmas. I mean a few days long delay would be acceptable but it is already the 2nd of January and my order never arrived and there is no way that I am able to trace it!

I want to receive my payment back or finally receive my order!

You have a terrible customer service and I will not recommend your website.

Diabolical Customer Service

I ordered a MacBook Air case on 7th December. On Friday 16th December, I still had no case, no correspondence of any kind regarding a delay or dispatch (or tracking information!), so I decided to call. I rang the contact number that was at the bottom of my my one and only email from them which confirmed my order had been placed, had to listen to a hideous jingle, and then sat there for 2 minutes whilst the phone rang out and then cut off. Same again on my 2nd try. 3rd time lucky, a woman finally picked up and said that it had already been dispatched but she would send another one or else it wouldn't arrive for Christmas. Very blase for a £40 case. She didn't seem concerned that it had gone missing in the post, which leads me to believe it had never been dispatched in the first place. Monday has now rolled around and I have called 6 times (no answer) to try and ask whether or not a new one has been dispatched, and if I can have some tracking information. Awful customer service. If the case doesn't arrive by tomorrow I will be expecting a full refund. I would never reccommend that anyone use this company. Communication is key and if there's a problem I would rather know and be refunded so I can arrange another Christmas present. At the very least I would expect to know the truthful progress of my order. I have no idea what's going on and I'm actually starting to feel like I've just been robbed and they never actually dispatch cases.

SO SO happy!!!

I am so happy with the case I designed for my sisters xmas present. Can't wait to give her it! I was a little apprehensive of what the quality may be like but its just arrived and Im so happy with it. It arrived quickly, well packaged and after shopping around it's a little more expensive than I've purchased before from competitors but the quality is just as good and I loved the website. Much easier to use, gave much more design flexibilty. Thank you! 🖒🖒

Wrong Case Sent

What sort of company doesn't check there order before packaging and send clearly not these and they email sounds so unprofessional and what company doesn't have someone working on a Saturday. I wouldn't call these a professional company with good customer service

Great cases

Fast delivery (two weeks isn't too bad, relative to other shipping times), great looking cases. What more could you want? The only gripe I have with this is that I can't really see what my case would fully look like until after I've received it. It says that there's a 3D browser to show what it looks like, but it doesn't work with any browsers that I've used (Chrome, Firefox, Explorer) on various computers.

Awful.

After advsing that a `replacement' was being sent i waited another week before giving up and requesting a refund. Terrible CS responses made me feel like they didnt really care. Still havent received either of the 2 products they sent to me.

A great company!
