Absolutely terrible experience buying from Nestasia. Items purchased a month ago have not arrived. I have messaged, emailed to no avail. They don’t bother to respond at all. Would not recommend you to buy anything from them.

Damaged items sent for the second time because it didn’t look like it got damaged in transit , it was sent deliberately in case some people don’t have time for returning and just accept it, shifty company . For me it was first and last time

On time delivery, satisfaction with the delivered product without any damages,delivery boy is good,careful packaging, timely intimation 's,everything goes smoothly from placing order to delivery. Overall u bring smiles on customers face when they see the product .🙂

It was my first time ordering with Nestasia and I received a broken mug for my order. The minute I brought this to the customer service team they immediately helped me resolve the issue by dispatching the replacement. The final is beautiful and worth the wait.

I urgently needed 11 gifts, as the ones I had ordered before did not get delivered and were problematic. Nestasia gracefully took up the order and delivered perfectly before the time. I will always be grateful and definitely ordering again and recommending it to more people

Good product with pathetic customer support with feudalistic arpproach.

Products are okay, but the return policy is completely misleading.
They show a lower refund amount than what you actually paid, and even after multiple follow-ups, nobody came for the return pickup. Very disappointing experience.

Another blunder from this company. Customer care team or company will never keep customers posted on their order, it's the customer who has to keep following up on this. And why not, customer 's fault for choosing such a premium company & it's product for gifting, so they have to pay for it. For mine order which was only placed on 19th Oct, till today not delivered. I will not get into details of this. Today morning I called the customer cell & the person who answered, very rudely said she will send this email to concern team & shortly I will get the refund email details. Waiting for few hours, no email received, hence I called back again to the customer cell. This time lady who answered even more rude said, the customer has to send them an email on refund & only then it will be initiated. So this shows company has no standard policy of responding to customer. This is not end of it , I am still talking & madam customer executive has already kept phone aside.. this is not the first i have faced . Now please tell me what I have to do to get refund & save myself from this company.

I had purchased the fluted glass carafe jug with tumblers.however,the outer brown handle is very loose on the glasses and it keeps on slipping it is such an embarrassment to give this as a gift and then hear about this

In reply to this they told me that it was supposed to be like that only.when I asked them why is it not mentioned about it anywhere there has been no answer from their end..,.

Ordered a product, which is defective by design itself, that couldn't be realized while ordering. However, found faulty on delivery.
The delivery takes a very long time. The return also taking very long. They have picked the product back in order. Their policy of not returning money is very disturbing. They have not acknowledged the return yet, after almost a week time.
