Great Experience

I recently ordered three models from MoYustore. One of the models was missing parts so I reached out to their customer service. Ms Sophia was very quick to respond to my email. Not only did she address the missing parts I was inquiring about, she encouraged me to check the parts of my other two models so she could resolve everything at once. In doing so, I discovered another missing part in one of the other models. Ms Sophia demonstrated strong customer service skills and resolved not only my original issue of missing pieces, but one that I was unaware of. I'm looking forward to completing my models and will be able to do so sooner thanks to her. Even missing the pieces, because of her excellent skills, I'm giving 5+ Stars! Thank you, Ms Sophia!

I ordered 2 model kits so far. The model kits are nicely organized even with 700+ pieces. I ordered the harder difficulty ones, but that just adds to the challenge. It's cool how they give everything in a yellow plastic toolbox that you can keep using after you're finished. Their customer service is pretty responsive and I get help pretty quick when I have trouble with a certain step while building. You really get what you pay for.

Moyu sells top of the line speed cubes and backs up their products as well. One of our cubes was recently accidentially damaged and Moyu send us a new corner piece. Great customer service!

This is an amazing experience and excellent result.
I was introduced by a friend and when I got the first figure and started building I was consumed by it. You cannot stop, you feel like you have to keep building step by step. Before you know it you have an amazing figure finished with perfect quality materials. Honestly do yourself a favor and buy you favorite figure, it is going to be a fulfilling experience!

I as searching for butterflies to purchase and I found these so I purchased 3 butterfly’s for my wife and they are more beautiful once you have put them together. One of the butterflies was missing parts and Ms. Sophie resolved my problems and sent out my replacement parts.

MoYu store has impressed me with their excellent customer service and top-notch model quality. Each package arrived well-packaged with parts organized in individual baggies, assembly tools, and an easy-to-follow manual. The models themselves are of outstanding quality and display-worthy. The customer service team promptly addressed any issues, replacing missing or broken parts. Although shipping may take longer, the inclusion of a tracking number keeps you informed. MoYu store's wide selection, superb craftsmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction make them my go-to place for model building. Honestly, there's not many selling models like them.

I bought the moyu aoyan skewb and it was amazing, very recommend to buy from this shop.

The Moyu Store is the best shop for getting metal steampunk models. The variety of models is always great, and the customer service is exceptional. They are willing to communicate with customers, answer any questions, and respond very quickly. I recommend this store to anyone who is interested in building models! The model kits come in very organized containers and include all of the necessary tools and directions to complete the project.

I have never dealt with Moyo Store before so I got their blue butterfly as a tester for me. Wow, I am blown away with everything about it. Everything comes shipped in a small plastic box that is reusable. All the parts are labeled in zip lock bags and are labeled in order with the instructions. The instructions have pictures that show you exactly what you need to do. From start to finish, everything was a pleasant experience.

All the models are amazing and durable. Very entertaining and a good pastime for all ages. I have a couple of models and they are still in good condition. Will definitely buy again and look forward for more models to come! 😁

Packages arrive perfectly. If a part is missing, which can happen, the support is quite quick and answers after a day at the latest.

the models themselves are a unique eye-catcher so far all my friends have been enthusiastic about them. I can recommend without hesitation.

I would like to say Sophia from the Moyu store has been very helpful in picking a model kit. I end up deciding on the scorpion and the soon to be released rabbit! I can’t wait to get started since she had been very detailed on recommending these kits!

The Steampunk Seahorse, consisting of 2,100 pieces. All the components fit together smoothly, and the manual provided a multitude of design options. The manual included in the box was well-written and easy to follow.

This dragon is very cool, the workmanship is very delicate, I like its color very much, this is a very pleasant experience, I highly recommend everyone to buy it, I really like it
