My issue is with your QC checks. The shirts are great, but I received and XL shirt that was mislabeled. The shirt size was actually a large. You did the right thing, but your QC department needs work

Even after paying for expedited shipping, my package never arrived.

This is really only preliminary because I have just made the purchase, the two reasons I made the purchase is that my concerns and frustration at being a skinny guy perceives that a lot of attention is given to the frustrations of big stocky built up guys and not so much for skinny ones looking for well fitted clothes Mottandbow seem to answer this, 2 is in my communication experience with Mottandbow they have always been diligent in reply and courtesy which is reassuring for a first time overseas purchase, look forward to receiving it.

Ordering was easy can’t wait to receive it

I am a new customer, I signed up for all marketing for the new customer 30% promo. The link I was texted never applied the discount and I was unable to use it, I had to pay the full price.

I originally bought shirts for myself totaling $270 dollars they didn’t fit so i returned them and got a gift card. I then ordered my wife some clothes which also didn’t fit so i returned and now my gift card is $220. Clothes don’t fit true to size quality doesn’t match the price point and when you don’t like it get charged $5 a return plus tax and shipping every purchase. I spent originally almost $280 dollars and at the end i’m gonna get $200 worth of clothes. I wanted a full refund but of course you give out a gift card that gets smaller and smaller. Il never buy from you guys again horrible experience.

Very good quality merchandise but limited color selection. I opted for a secondary color choice.

Lots of choices, discount bundles, good product descriptions, useful size guides.

Shipping took absolutely forever, their sizing is inconsistent, and their return process is horrendous.

Mott & Bow has became one of my online go to providers for men’s wear. Great products with excellent quality in fabrics and form. Simplistic design and the just get up a go men’s wear for casual and semi formal days. Grateful to have found the company. The customer service and speed at which questions, returns and easy to use gift cards help to make the shopping experience pleasant.

It was easy to find what I was looking for and I appreciated the additional offers upon checkout.

Had to report an issue with my pants (rear end blow out) and the service team quickly began the replacement process. Top notch treatment! Easy process…thanks!

Not enough choices in larger sizes.

Best t shirts I have purchased. Material incredibly soft. The cut is very flattering. I ordered a size large. It’s a fitted cut and very flattering. I’m 150 lbs and a size 38 DDD. I’m ordering more.

They were very responsive.

Finding a correct fitting pair of jeans was extremely difficult using the website.
1) when searching for jeans, a selection for will show up for same the jeans in each of the different colors. This makes for way too many options up front (visual overload). Instead just list the jeans once and then allow for color selection within
2) I had a hard time finding a pair of jeans that fit. Jeans finder (with individual selection criteria) would be helpful. See Hoka shoe finder

The return was a bit complicated. You sent me the wrong size. One pair of pants came in a bag and the other did not so I have only one barcode

The website and team members are terrific. They promptly notified me when my address needed to be amended for priority delivery. I was grateful as needed items ahead of travels. Thank you.
