Great valuation compared to competitors

Great price offered and the transaction was easy

Motorpoint offered the best value for my much loved car and the process could not have been easier. Particular compliments to Ash at Coventry branch for explaining everything and facilitating a smooth transaction. Money was deposited in my bank before I even left the comfort of the waiting lounge with complimentary hot and soft drinks available. Couldn’t fault and would definitely use in the future.

Friendly staff, easy to deal with but above all a good price.

From initial online valuation to going into branch the experience was excellent. Unfortunately I had to sell my car due to breaking my ankle and could not drive a manual car anymore. After obtaining other valuations Motorpoint was the most competitive. So I booked an appointment in the Portsmouth branch. Not really knowing what to expect. But from entering the showroom, it was nice experience. The lady on reception was fantastic and makes a mean cup of coffee. The gentleman that dealt with me was polite and made the transition a pleasurable experience. Thank you

What time as absolutely amazing, was that the final price they offered online for my car, was the price they paid on arrival. Too many other companies to mention NEVER did this. Morgan , who dealt with me was excellent. Explained everything, completed everything and was a really nice professional person. It was a pleasure to do business with Motorpoint. Don't bother going to other companies, it's a waste of time, just go straight to Motorpoint.

We recently sold a car to Motorpoint Chingford. I must say Motorpoint offered the best price compared to other platforms and they have kept to the price promise after visual inspection. There was a stone chip on the car which was not declared (because we never noticed it earlier) and the price adjustment for that was very reasonable. Also the process was smooth and all documented and they have cleared the outstanding finance on the car within a week. All good.
