This is what customer service should be. Cameron was excellent both in email responses and verbal interaction. My issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Cameron went above and beyond expectations and was clear and helpful throughout. A credit to Motocaddy and I will spread the word.

Aftersales service from Zena Ellen was excellent, having to return a wheel locking issue on my under warranty Motocaddy QB2.
Zena was 10/10 and remained in touch throughout the returns process.

How refreshing to have great customer service. I contacted Motocaddy by email today about a missing item after purchasing a Cube push trolley. Zena responded to my query very promptly and dealt with it in a polite and professional manner. A relatively simple query but Zena’s response and solution has left me feeling very positive about the Motocaddy brand. Thank you

Hi. Telephoned on Friday requesting a spare part. Excellent service. Part arriving today. Cannot get better service than that. Had motocaddy trolleys for over 10 years and wouldn’t use anything else. The service videos are brilliant

Paid for the new M7 and never got a remote so needed to pay for the return box to get that so they could replace for them to give me a new one without a remote again. They told me it’s sold out and they can send an old model remote. So they did that didn’t work with my version. Still waiting a month later and just awful service. Don’t sell me something you don’t have in stock I paid nearly £2k for really really bad service and product. Don’t recommend at all

Within days of taking delivery in September 2025 I noticed issues with the on/off switch not operating consistently.
On the advice of Motocaddy I took my trolley into a local golf pro shop as they are a registered warranty engineer. They changed the switch head for me under the warranty. They did it very quickly and were very empathetic to my troubles.
Unfortunately I am still left with a switch head that does not have a firm on / off position resulting in numerous presses to get it to switch off and the occasional chase after it down the fairway having pressed the off button and released the handle. It is also noted that attempts to rotate the switch to alter speeds are less than certain of a successful outcome. It takes numerous attempts to turn the wheel before a change is carried out. I also still stand by my original comment to Motocaddy concerning the inability to vary the speed beyond the fixed settings. The difference between settings 4 and 5 is noticeably large making it difficult to walk with fellow golfers. 4 is way too slow and 5 is too fast. My old Powakaddy rheostat method allowed for fine tuning. The fact you have nine settings is irrelevant for most conditions. However, I accept that as a design characteristic.
I wrote to Motocaddy customer service expressing my disappointment. I received a phone call to clarify the comments I made in the correspondence and a few days later I received a couple of emails by which basically said they were closing the case.
I defy anyone to be less than very frustrated that a simple on / off switch can’t be made to work. I am now aware of the issue and I have to make sure that the trolley is definitely off before releasing the handle.
This was not a cheap Chinese branded trolley. (although it’s probably made there). At £800 it was a considerable investment that I would normally have kept for 5 to 6 years. I can’t afford to throw it away and buy a replacement so I am resigned to having to keep it and getting more annoyed every time I try to switch it off and nothing happens.
I now find that on connecting the battery, the screen shows the Motocaddy logo but does not proceed to the Home Screen and the motor will not engage! A fiddle with the connection and it will work. I note on this site that there are a number of connection issues with this trolley. Off to the repair agent again!!!
I am very pleased to report that the second repair agent has managed to resolve the issue and I have used the trolley today and not once has the button caused an issue.
The Motocaddy customer service team were very quick to react to my review and put me in touch with a new agent.

Had a problem with the GPS mount on my motocaddy trolley when it snapped at the base. Contacted customer services & Zena responded very quickly. Explained the problem & after proving date of purchase Zena initiated a replacement under warranty with no quibbles . Excellent customer services, excellent products, would highly recommend. Thank you Zena for your prompt help & action.

Customer service is shocking! Brand new product I had for less than a month and it goes off on its own and or doesn’t go at all! Paid over £500 for them to tell me it will take 2/3 weeks to “fix it” now I won’t have it for the main reason I got it when I go away. Horrible service.

Great support from Gerrie during the warranty registration process, which initially had some issues. She handled everything efficiently and resolved the situation perfectly.

I have updated my review, purely down to the fact that Zena has been absolutely fantastic.
The frustration of a brand new premium item failing and then feeling let down by the service has been completely turned around by Zena.
She took complete ownership of the situation, listened to the issues I had, and was very honest throughout my dealings with her even when what she was saying wasn't ideal.
I finished my interaction with her feeling like things would be dealt with, not with the ideal outcome, but much better.
Zena then contacted me again after my call with her and completely sorted things with an even better solution than the one she discussed with me on the phone, which made me feel valued even more so.
I now have my new trolley (just arrived this morning) and have only been without one for a week, when it could of been much much longer.
I know the calls are recorded as is the correspondence in Email, and for any senior manager, if they read and listen they will quickly see the Zena has delivered EXCELLENT customer service and should be used for any new starter at Motocaddy to understand how customer service should be delivered.
Zena - Thank you once again, i hope this gets passed on to you, because you went above and beyond to make things right.

Excellent helpful friendly efficient service from Gerrie at Motocaddy. My umbrella blew out of holder in strong winds taking some parts with it! Gerrie helped me source the missing pieces. Very helpful person with strong customer focus

I've been using the Motocaddy App on several courses I've not played before and have found it to be indispensable. The clear, bright graphics are easy to read even in full sunshine and the accurate yardages and hazard location have certainly helped eliminate the guesswork and give confidence in club selection and probably saved a few shots too. Many requests from playing partners to view the flyover function on the tee box too, which is so cool. Love it.
