there were some technical problems with the stuff i bought, so support team managed it quickly and changed the stuff. very quick service and support

Precios falsos. Anuncian articulos a un precio determinado y cuando vas a la web de pagos el precio se ha incrementado considerablemente. Se lo comentas en el chat y dicen que el precio correcto es el caro, si no estas conforme te bloquean.

Fake prices. They advertise items at a certain price and when you go to the payment website the price has increased considerably. You tell them about it in the chat and they say that the correct price is the expensive one, if you don't agree they block you.

Motion rc are very efficient in what they do,fast delivery at reasonable prices and customer service is also excellent 👏

I absolutely love Motion RC Europe. I fly a Corsair F4U 1600mm and I can get almost all spare parts from Motion RC. If I order spare parts, I have the parts at home within three days. Absolute top what is done there. I'm thrilled and I'll pay attention to where I can get spare parts the next time I buy a model. Huge compliments to Motion RC Europe.

Lately I have placed an order as usual But had a problem for I have received a wrong item from my actual order, mind you this never happened before and I was always satisfied . I have contacted the customer care just asked me for a photo and packing list photo, in just few days I had there reply and confirmed that they will send me the correct item. Supper

Very pleased with the result of this issue, a faulty brushless motor supplied for one of my FlightLine planes from Motion RC who I have dealt with for some time. Issue resolved in quick time!

Pronounced snake skin finish on F22 Raptor tail plane. Replaced very quickly under warranty. Excellent after sales from Motion RC EU.

First and foremost the personal touch by writing a smiley with a "Thank you" note on the receipt I get whenever I purchase something from motionrc website.

I had a problem with the main gear not retracting after some testing before maiden flight.
Got in contact with MotionRC and submitted an Email to them.
Uploaded a few photo's to verify my claim and got a quick reply from an employee at MotionRC.
They replaced my main retracts with no problems and got it shipped the next day!

I reported a problem while setting up my new L-39. I received a quick reply with suggestions of what to do next and a request to video the fault. I submitted this and within 24hours a replacement control board was on the way. Great service and happy to continue shopping at Motion RC after this good experience

Receiver board that I ordered developed a fault, contacted the guys in support and upon seeing a short video a replacement was sent out. Top marks proper customer service.

I built RC plane for 45 years ,and I have opportunity to fly in a real Mig-29 ....no words to describe such feelings !!! I heave 1:6 scale 2 turbine Mig -29 ,but I want to have this, it's easy to handle and scale looks fantastic !!! Well done Freewing!!!

In general, the customer experience was very good around the particular support ticket that I raised. The (Motion RC) support agent did review the relevant video I sent and replied back with adequate info and advice. I would say quite happy overall around my experience.

Bought a Stinger 64 from Motion RC. Initially I did have a few issues with the plane but on contacting Motion RC they were dealt with quickly and efficently to my complete satisfaction. I would always recommend the company due to their reasonable prices, free delivery for items over 99 euros, and excellent customer services

I’m not gonna lie the customer service is amazing I had a unit that didn’t work in my order and I emailed the support and within 5 minutes. 5 minutes! They replied back and solved the issue. I also like that they get straight to the point not like other companies taking ages to reply back and a whole bunch of nonsense to get a replacement. Motion rc has one of the best customer care for hobby products and the best part there is an EU site too. Big thumbs up from me motion keep it going.
