Great feedback and customer service with speedy delivery, well recommended.

Couldn't be happier with these guys. They had an item that was very hard to find elsewhere at a good price and delivery was lightning fast.

Excellent support services who were quick to respond to any query.

Advise was good but with some delay.
I understand that everybody is very busy now-a-days.
In the meantime I also found a solution by adapting the device in my own way, but still is medium solution.
Hope you can convince the manufacturer of designing a more universal Control Surface Deflection Meter.

The way that an issue I had with my Skynetic Bison tyres constantly going flat has really impressed me.

I received a damaged parcel and contents, via FedEx.
On contacting MotionRC, concerning this I received a quick email reply saying that they were very sorry that this had happened and were sending a replacement for the damaged part.
This is excellent service and I applaud the people concerned at MotionRC for their kind and prompt service, a good company to deal with!

They answered my ticket really quickly and was very polite and understanding.the service I got from the representative was very good and my problem was solved within a day.

Had some issues with telemetry on a new RC airplane from Motion RC. After a chat with their support, they sent me a new component without any fuss. Thanks :-)

Submitted a tech query on Sunday PM and received a response by mid afternoon Monday. The advise was sound based on the info I provided which very quickly pointed me in the right direction - problem now solved

I ordered a couple of items from Motion RC recently. When the box arrived one of the items Propeller was missing. I informed Motion RC of this. They had photographic evidence of the item being packed. On more careful examination of the box there was slight damage where an item could have escaped. I was very pleased that Motion RC agreed to send a replacement. Things do not always go to plan, but Motion RC were efficient and understanding. I would have more confidence to order from them again. Feeling they would do their best to sort any issues.

I recently bought a Avanti S. During assembling I noticed that the motor didn’t run. I informed the helpdesk and together we tried to solve the problem. After some testing and video conferencing, we discovered that the new ESC was defect. Motion RC immediately send me a new ESC.
I think they deserve 100 points!! Very good and technically undermined support.
At this moment, we fly 8 Avanty S planes and we have a lot of fun with them. If you are looking for a very good EDF plane…..this is the one!!!

Motion RC are simply fantastic, great airframes at an even greater price ! First jet was so gorgeous I bought another the following week ! Shipping wasn't the quickest using FedEx but the plane more than made up for it. Fantastic company

Very efficient and fast service. Parts were delivered to the UK just as fast if not quicker that locally ordered parts from UK based supplier. i would recommend these guys and will use again.

Great products and superb customer service

I have ordered many times and just have one issue in my last order as one of the items was damaged during transport, I contacted them and they sent me a replacement unit, all the conversations with customer support were agile, nice and politeful.

Great job from MotionRC taking care of their customers, I highly recommend this site.
