Morgan Sloane was a very responsive practice.

I needed to find a surveying firm with expertise in valuations for Help to Buy but with the added complication of fire safety and cladding affecting the building concerned.

I found their office staff, senior team members as well as the surveyor who visited the property very professional and helpful. I would recommend them to other people.

A survey for valuation was arranged carried out efficiently. Report received earlier than the expected date. Very satisfied.

Well I can’t report on the survey. I wanted to create a special review for the help I received as a first time buyer from this company even though they were unable to service my area.

I think this speaks to great customer service and certainly would increase my comfort of doing business with them. They were very generous with their advice and what I should look for when I do find someone to service my area, including tips and tricks for choosing the right company. I think most will agree in particularly in the UK this falls into the above and beyond service category, which is sadly rare.
